Mt. Rainier is MY mountain:) Just so's you know. It is amazing, and today was our first rain in about a month. A little sprinkle, cooled us down fromt he heat wave.

Winters aren't that bad, but they do keep out the wimps. This year we had a real 'white christmas' and a few weeks of snow. It was really pretty. Our spring has been amazingly beautiful. Our summertimes definitely make up for the darker months-and even the winter isn't usually as cold or harsh as many places. So, it's all good!

I think the Pacific NorthWest has the best summers in the United States. The winters can compete with the gloomy English weather but the summers are amazing. You have to experience it to know what I'm talking about and I have experienced summers in 17 states.Nothing like a view of the puget sound on a warm summer day. :).

It's beautiful, but the people are weird.

True, but don't judge all people here based on how I am, darling.

Yes the winters are rainy. However it bets snow most of the nation gets and the super cold weather. The winters are mild and I live near micro climates that most people don't know about. Like very little rain in a western WA. city. Also a small city that has rain almost all year round. The biggest and wettest forest I have been to.

When I have a bad day I always get out to the real forest and say to myself that I am happy to live in paradise!
