I'm still formally a JW, although I've not preached for about 2 years, and my wife hardly goes, maybe one hour every 6 months. I accompagny her to the WE meeting when she wants to go, which is not everytime. None of us attends the midweek meeting anymore, it is a sort of concerted, orderly fading. I was privileged one month ago with being the subject of a special needs talk (we were on holiday but I heard of it when back) whereby the congregation was urged to mark me, lest I weaken the faith of those I talk with. This way I find more time to fix up things in the house and tend my garden.
