Hey CHL, forgive me for hijacking your thread, but may I ask you a question? Okay, another after this one?
Is that tatoo on your back? And if so, may I ask if getting a tatoo that size, did it hurt? And what is it a picture of, if you don't mind me asking?
I ask because my 14 year old daughter is making noises about tatoos (the answer is no by the way), and it's just got my curiousity up. It's not something I would do personally (if I was going to do anything it would be an earring), but I've noticed so many people doing it now that I'm curious about the experience.

tattoo, yes. hurt? yes? hurt good? yes. hurt really really good? yes. its a pain that you get used to. initially it feels like cat scratches. it depends on how heavy handed the artist is. the center is an infinity symbol. on the right side is a character that protects it and on the left side is a character that threatens it. the idea is that everything comes around full circle, a belief that sometimes is hard for me to sustain and other times is easier... therefore the battle of the two characters. here is a better photo:

Sometimes I feel the need to kick the shit out of someone. But I think dark impulses are best when they are controled. I don't want to hurt anyone. But I have, and I will when the situation calls for it. The important part is "when the situation calls for it".
