How about this: Human migration is an elite issue. The economic and political elites manipulate human migration to their own benefit. It is based on classism and racism. If you are White and have Money, you are able to cross any border you please. Poor Africans, Hispanics, and Asians are not wanted unless they can be used to flood the labor market and keep wages down.
