Here's hoping everyone has a great weekend. My first week with SiTel/Helio was good and today was fascinating. They served us a free spaghetti lunch with salad, garlic bread and cake for customer service agent appreciation week.

Julian joined the flag football team at his school. They say he is good. He's so much smaller than the highschoolers that they can't see him and he's able to swoop in and get their flags. The coach is very impressed.

Hopefully I can post on Monday from this Cyber Cafe. And pray that Evan doesn't make me quit this job. He and Sally aren't happy with the hours I will be working. The thing is, if I do a good job, I should be able to get what I want eventually. So, think positive thoughts, send positive vibes, pray and please include my daughter, the grandsons' mother in your prayers. She was in the hospital for a severe kidney infection and her estranged husband, the one who abused Mickey, cut her phone off so we can't phone her. Please keep us on the Tuesday vigil. We still have stressful things going on with the department of family and children back in Michigan.

We love ya'll. You're a wonderful bunch of friends, true friends and family. If those who are still trapped inside the org. only knew what rainy day friends they could find out here. They sure don't have that where they are now. It's one reason I ended up realizing the truth about the "truth" big *cough*. Sianora

Thank you, Maddie. We still need your thoughts and care. I did finally go to an Episcopal Church this weekend. I also took Julian to see Hairspray! Andy sounded very bad Sunday. He has a therapist appointment today. I hope it helps him.

Today has been interesting in training class at work. We learned to break and reprogram cell devices (phones). Now I am having Nachos. Take care everyone.

Hi FLN. Glad to see some positive things happening. I had not seen the thread for awhile, and did not have time to go back and read it all. Who are these people? Are you living with another couple now. Sorry for not getting it - just got out of touch.

Anyway - praying and wishing well for you.

AK Jeff, Evan is my brother and Sally is his wife. I moved with JUlian to live with them in TN. It's a pretty good arrangement. Have been here a month now. It's probably all in the last three of four pages of this thread. Thank you.

Thinking of you FHN....you've had a tough go of things. Keep strong. I'm glad your grandson is having fun with flag football. It will help to build his self esteem and confidence, while buffering the sadness he probably feels too. Keep your chin up girl.

    Much love to you all.

Thank you, Delilah. I am trying very hard to have an optimistic attitude. Things go well and then I get thrown for a loop. An example: Last week I get the report from DHS in Michigan, which was highly inaccurate and very insulting. I am stressing right now because I want to answer their allegations, but I'm tired from training with SiTel and being a single grandma, so I fight being sleepy when I get home. I think once I've got my answer done and sent, I'll have a weight lifted from me. So many people that know and love Andy, Julian, Mickey and me are angry with DHS for how they handled the whole thing. Andy's therapist is very upset about it. I did call the right person today and speak with him about the steps I need to take to answer them, etc.

Well, I feel a little better just knowing my shift is done for the day and I can go home. There is so much to learn and like with any new job, that's itimidating. Then after you learn it all, you wonder why you ever worried about any of it.

Thank you, Emo and Maddie. Today I got a nice surprise when I got to training class at work. My instructor said to see HR. I asked, "Did I do something bad?" He told me no. He said I was going to be moved to another class. It turns out Helio wants a credit score higher than mine, so they are moving me to the Chrysler campaign. I got the rest of today and the next two days off and the weekend. Which is very nice because my birthday is coming on Monday. This is actually great because Chrysler doesn't work weekends and they don't work past eight at night. The training is only a week, so I am guessing it's much less complicated than Helio. I won't be working with tech support. Awww. Haha. I'll be handling people's problems with warranties, cars that were supposed to repaired by the dealerships that STILL aren't working and what have you.

I stopped by another Episcopal Church today and spoke with the priest. A much older lady. Julian and I will visit there Sunday.

I guess now I'll actually get to celebrate my birthday and not at work all night doing calls. I wanted to work with the Chrysler campaign in the first place and I think it will be a better fit for me. I haven't had weekends off in years!
