I'm so glad you are in a better place right now, Flying. Really!!!!! Each time you post, I'm glad to hear how you are doing.

How do you like your job working with Chrysler section? I hope the training is going well, and is interesting to you. I think you have a good "phone voice", and can soothe people who might be upset or having trouble.

I'm praying for Mickey, and for you to have peace about all of this. (I can't imagine how hard that must be. But you have the character that will be able to overcome. )

Bebu, thank you for the input on my phone voice. Training is very interesting as we have the craziest, zaniest trainer named Kat. She's my age and a former school teacher. She is southern to the core and loves to ham that up. She's also a very, very good trainer. I hope I don't dissapoint her by being her first person not to pass the first call certification. I am smart, but catching on, due to short term memory deficit is sometimes slow for me. This is going to be a good job. I am very blessed to have been switched from Helio to Chrysler.

I get the weekends off! How cool is that? And most holidays as well. Well, break is over. I need to get back to class.

Kat has just let us go early, but I asked her if she'd help me do some mock calls and she so kindly offered to do it today after a 15 minute break. I really want to do well at this job. Pray for me, positive thoughts for me. Anything that you all can send up or out for me as far as the job is concerned, I appreciate.

I certified as an agent and graduated from training in the Chrysler Campaign with my new job at SiTel! I am so happy. But tomorrow is my first day on the floor, manning phone and computer as a Recall Agent. Wish me luck!

Yes, I have, Juni. My first day was full of bumbles, but not any more than my classmates. I did get a great compliment from my last caller. I will float home on that one. Take care everyone and keep praying or thinking of me. I had fun even though I feel so inept when it comes to the software and tools. Once I learn everything, I think I will love this job.

So good to hear about your progress. The first few days on a new job are very stressful and as I tell my daughters, in a few weeks it will become second nature to you and you will feel like you have been on the job for your whole life. Build on the good things, let go of the booboos and you will build your confidence.

My prayers are with you. You will make it, just trust God. Let it go to Him, He can sustain you.
