    The festivities start around 1 p.m. on Sunday -- any earlier and you'll be helping set up but that's a nice time to visit too. I'm planning to get over there around 11 a.m. to help Elsewhere get things started. Usually people come when they can and stay as long as they can, so there's no "perfect" time to show up. The crawfish keep on coming until mid-afternoon.

    Oh, and for you crawfish newbies, here's a bit of advice: the first batch out of the pot is the mildest. Each successive batch is spicier and spicier!

    Its official, the Fourth AnnualDallas ApostaCrawfest will be held on Sunday May 6th, 2007.

    The location will be the beautiful Club House at my apartment complex. There is a full kitchen, living area and a large media room. Outside is a pool, hot tub and many other nice features. I'm certain everyone will be very pleased.
