My husband and I are big diet coke drinkers.

I will be leaving very soon. Plllleeeeaaaasssseeee. Do you know how many apartment complexes there are in Dallas? Remind me of as a child, Witness parties at the park. Large, multi acreage park, but my mom never could find them. Multiple times. Everybody else always found it. hmmmmmmm

The wedding today was glorious! And it wasn't too hot, thank [whoever]. It rained a little on us, but it was a gentle, British-type rain that stopped just as the beautiful bride glided across the garden to her waiting groom. A butterfly alighted on Little Toe's shoulder as the ceremony started and it stayed there throughout -- if that's not a good omen, I don't know what is!
After a day at the RenFest, Jennie and I were ready to come home and crash so we'll be all bright-eyed for the crawfish boil tomorrow along with Big Tex and Jackson.
I know it's a no-no, but if anyone needs directions you can call my cell phone: (214) 538-5679.
Elsewhere told me this afternoon that he won't get the keys to the clubhouse until 1 p.m., so there's no need to get there super-early (as I was planning to). Just FYI!

We had a great time last night at Hemplover's beautiful home. We caught up with all our old friends and met quite a few 'new' folks...most of whom I already knew from the boards and a few new ones, too. AND...this was not even the BIG ApostaFest we are fixin' (Southern for: 'getting ready to go' to go right now.
Imagine this: While enjoying our mini-apostafest...guess who should show up at our party...going from door to door ? No... not JW's, that would have been TOO good...a couple of Mormon missionaries on their bikes ! Several of us gave them a fine witness, er, ex-witness.
To everybody that's never been to a Fest...ya' just gotta try to get to one.
