So its Tuesday and the festivities are this weekend - Saturday and Sunday. I'm already in Texas and we have the license all lined up - w00t!!!
The plans, thusfar are:
Saturday
10am a bunch of folks are heading over to Waxahachie for the RenFest. Some are dressing up, some are just coming in jeans - while it hurt none, do as you will
1pm is the Wedding of LittleToe and Xena, medieval-style. I'm not sure if the ceremony is open (I've a suspicion it is, which would be great), but I'm afraid the reception is in a private garden area of unknown height of hedges, and is limited to just 30 places. However, it will be finished certainly no later than 3pm (probably much sooner). The RenFest will be open for a few more hours afterwards, for those mingling.
7pm folks will be headed over to HempLover's for the HempFest - BYOB!
Most folks are staying over at the Hilton, near Elsewhere's.
Sunday
1pm is the annual CrawFishFest, that this thread has been dedicated to, at Elsewhere's.

Scarby has this wedding garden near the front. I suspect that is where it may be. If so, it's quite open to the view of anyone in the Faire.
The private garden area is likely just that, very private.
And Scarby is open until 7:00p.
