May you have peace! May the undeserved kindness and mercy of my God and Father, the MOST Holy One of Israel, whose name is JAH of Armies, and the love and peace of His Son and Christ, my Lord, the Holy One of Israel and Holy Spirit, JAHESHUA MISCHAJAH, be upon you... and your entire household... if you so wish it. May He grant you a long life in the flesh... and eternal life in the spirit.

Shelby - I admire your faith and conviction. To answer your question in the simplest way from my experience, when I die I believe that is it, I go back to the elements from which I am made, I have never experienced anything spiritual so I can't understand the concept of a life in a spirit realm.

May you have peace! Amen and amen... the things of the spirit ARE indeed "foolishness" to those who are fleshly. Thank you for posting that.

I know it seems that these things are "easy" for me to share and, because of my love for the Christ, our Lord... and their TRUTH... they indeed are. They would not be so much, though, as you might guess, if I allowed myself to contemplate the ridicule that is sure to come (I am always much more surprised at the support than I am at the ridicule... and I rejoice over it!). But, as our Lord is recorded to have said... and has since said to me... "If anyone wants to follow ME, let him DISOWN HIMSELF and pick up his torture tree... DAY AFTER DAY... and follow me... CONTINUALLY." He said a "torture" tree... not a rose garden. So, the one following him should KNOW that it is going to be quite a task.

When our Lord carried HIS torture tree he was already weakened, having taken the sins of those he cured into his flesh, having been beaten and scourged, and now having many throw rocks, etc., at him as he walked. Indeed, he even stumbled so that another had to help him continue. All of this while people hurled insults, degradations, derogatory remarks, ridicule, falsehoods, even blasphemies at him. He had to bear that tree as if a vile criminal... when he was nothing of the sort. But he did it. And I will carry mine, because I know he is there to help me when I stumble. Which I often do. I am not ashamed of him, and so have absolutely NO problem appearing "foolish" for his sake.

So, thank you for standing YOUR ground... and acknowledging how we will be viewed. Being considered "foolish" does not make me even want to shrink back. Indeed, it only "fuels" my "fire." It makes me HAPPY... because I am being called such for HIS sake. I don't care if people believe me - I don't share what I do for their approval. I share it out of love... for God (because He loved me first and has been heinously lied on)... for Christ (because he gave his life for me, in spite of my sins and errors)... for those who belong to God through Christ (because God and Christ, love such ones)... for my household (I OWE it to my loved ones to tell them the TRUTH... if that truth has been revealed to me)... and for my enemies (it is what I would want such ones to do for me... put our differences aside and share the TRUTH with me... if it means my life).

So thank you... and may JAH bless. May His underserved kindness and mercy... and the love and peace of His Son and Christ, the Holy One of Israel and Holy Spirit, JAHESHUA MISCHAJAH, be upon you... and your entire household... to time indefinite... if you so wish it.

I am YOUR servant, as I am servant to ALL those of the Household of God, Israel, and those who go with... and fellow slave of Christ,

Dearest Cantleave... peace to you! I understand: things of the spirit are not always easy to comprehend. But it can be done. If one wishes and asks... in love and sincerity... without doubting. May JAH bless!

    Hello Shelby,

The greatest of love and peace to you, dear Stephen!

    Thanks for your replies.

    You are quite welcome!

I have read them thoroughly but forgive me if I do not respond in depth as I did before, which I think is largely unprofitable at this stage

    Perhaps.

To be honest, I feel as if I discussing these doctrinal issues with a JW circular of debate, returning ultimately to where we started :(

I can totally understand how you feel that way. At one time, I, too, thought I had to reject absolutely everything that Harlot taught. And then my Lord corrected me. He said that ALL religion has some truth in it, albeit very little. He said that is how they "get" the chosen ones to come into their "tents." He said the chosen ones are "children of light," and so spend their lives seeking TRUE light. These know this and so hold out all kinds of light, true and false, but mostly false as Satan transforms himself into an angel of "light." When the children of light hear the words "truth" and "light" or "anointed" or other similar words... they are attracted. Unfortunately, such lights are designed to draw them in... and, if possible... ultimately "kill" them by misleading them AWAY from him, the TRUE Light.

It is he, however, that "rescues" us - he calls his own sheep by name and leads them OUT. After that, they follow him... and only him. That is not to say, however, that some of what they teach isn't true - it is. It has to be or we wouldn't fall for ANY of it... at all. But whatever truth they do have is minimal... and often distorted or missing the fullness of such truth.

So, if the something the WT teaches IS true... I would be false if I denied that... simply because I detest them. The same for the Catholic Church (for example, although they worship Mary, which is false... and follow a pope... which is false... and practice an ungodly form of "confession"... which is false... and harbor pedophiles... which is false... and believe in things like holy water, pergatory, etc.... all of which are false... the fact that they DO look after widows and orphans... is a truth I cannot deny). The others are no different. ALL of these, however, will be among those who say to my Lord, "Lord, Lord, didn't we do such and such in your name," to which he will respond, "Get away from me your workers of lawlessness (because of the FALSE things they did)... I never knew you."

But truth is truth, dear Stephen... and a servant of the True God cannot let their personal dislike or hatred for something or someone stand in the way of what is true.

Of course, I agree with some of the points you have made.

    Likewise...

However, I am concerned that you hold some views that are clearly WT teachings.

Actually, most of the truthful views of the WT did not originate with them. Well, at least not with Russell. They were given to my sister in Christ, Maria Russell who, unfortunately, shared them with her wicked husband... who then exploited them. Charles Russell NEVER had an anointing - his wife did. In her attempt to "be obedient" to her husband... and because she believed he had such anointing, too... she shared freely... until she realized she could do so no longer because Mr. Russell and his cohorts were manipulating others by means of it. When she protested... they removed her. It was then that their "darkness" really began to get even darker. They held on to a few things, however, because they were the things that seemed to "attract," as truth usually does.

They are liars and speak their native language John 8:44 and they distort the bible to their own destruction 2 Peter 3:16

I totally agree. That someone tells SOME truth does not negate their lies. And that someone interprets something correctly, does not mean they don't misinterpret other things. Unfortunately, again, their truths are VERY limited... and their correct interpretations minimal. This is because, like most, they lean upon their OWN understanding... rather than ACKNOWLEDGE... that interpretations BELONG TO GOD.

Forgive me if any of my comments have been delivered without love.

I will forgive you... out of MY love... but I must admit that I am not sure why your comments would be without love. What hrm have I done you? Even if I were your enemy (which I am not)... would you not still owe me love as PROOF of your sonship? Your lack of love tells me that you are not who you claim to be, dear Stephen... for love never fails. True, you would be well within your right to rebuke me if I blasphemed... or tried to falsely convince you of MY love. But I have done neither. If anything, you should give me the benefit of the doubt and rely on the SPIRIT to tell you whether I am true or false. But like many, you haven't even bothered to consult that Spirit... although you state your agreement with Yizuman about doing so, above.

However, please note also God hates what is false
    Proverbs 13:5
and this is made clear through the words of Paul, Peter and even Jesus regarding false teachers and heretics.

He does. Yet, you have not found me to be false. Not at all. That you and I disagree on the interpretation of various Bible verses does not make either of false. It makes one (or both) of us... ignorant, unknowing. You, though, rely on your own interpretation of scripture and Bible verses... or that of "man" who has taught you such things. By man, I mean those who write such Bible versions, which are slanted toward their personal belief and understanding as to what such scriptures and verses mean. Conversely, I rely on the Most Holy One of Israel, JAH of Armies, through His Holy Spirit, Christ. Only they know what is ALL TRUTH... not any one of us.

You agreed with Yizuman about listening to man. Yet, you wish me to listen to you. I do NOT wish you to listen to ME, however... and have said that from the day I first came to this "city." I wish you to listen to the One whom God Himself said to listen: His Son. "This is my Son, the Beloved. LISTEN TO HIM." Yet, you and so many others aren't able to do that. Why? Why can't you listen to him? Why can't you HEAR him? Even YOU confess that he is alive. Can a dead man speak? No. You even believe demons can speak... and so. But when someone says to you that the Most Holy One of Israel speaks... and that His Son speaks... you fall apart.

And yet... Paul heard him speak. Indeed, the men WITH Paul heard him. The disciples not only heard but SAW him. John heard and saw him. How is it, then, that you say I have not, do not, can not? Because YOU have not, do not, can not? What has that to do with ME... and how the Spirit works with ME? Are not the members set in the Body just as GOD pleases? They are. And so, even if you are a hand... you cannot say to me, an ear... that I have no place in the Body... and that the Holy One of Israel is NOT speaking to me. Indeed, the very Bible that YOU worship... YOU put your faith in... says that he will and DOES:

" 1 "I tell you the truth, the man who does not enter the sheep pen by the gate, but climbs in by some other way, is a thief and a robber. 2 The man who enters by the gate is the shepherd of his sheep. 3 The watchman opens the gate for him, and the sheep listen to his voice. He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. 4 When he has brought out all his own, he goes on ahead of them, and his sheep follow him because they know his voice. 5 But they will never follow a stranger; in fact, they will run away from him because they do not recognize a stranger's voice." 6 [Jesus] used this figure of speech, but they did not understand what he was telling them. 7 Therefore [Jesus] said again, "I tell you the truth, I am the gate for the sheep. 8 All who ever came before me were thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not listen to them. 9 I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved. He will come in and go out, and find pasture. 10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full. 11 "I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. 12 The hired hand is not the shepherd who owns the sheep. So when he sees the wolf coming, he abandons the sheep and runs away. Then the wolf attacks the flock and scatters it. 13 The man runs away because he is a hired hand and cares nothing for the sheep. 14 "I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me— 15 just as the Father knows me and I know the Father—and I lay down my life for the sheep. 16 I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also. They too will listen to my voice, and there shall be one flock and one shepherd. 17 The reason my Father loves me is that I lay down my life—only to take it up again. 18 No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up again. This command I received from my Father."

24 The Jews gathered around him, saying, "How long will you keep us in suspense? If you are the Christ, tell us plainly." 25 [Jesus] answered, "I did tell you, but you do not believe. The miracles I do in my Father's name speak for me, 26 but you do not believe because you are not my sheep. 27 My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. 28 I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand. 29 My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all [d] ; no one can snatch them out of my Father's hand. 30 I and the Father are one."

You don't GET these truths, however, because you spend SO much time "listening" to Paul... and other, including the scribes (those who write Bible versions)... that you can't find the time or means... to listen the Christ, the Fine Shepherd. Heck, you don't even believe he speaks.

I think it best if I just recap what I see and others who have responded in this thread.

    By all means...

You believe in Annihilationism, just as the WT teach.

I believe in what the Most Holy One of Israel, JAH of Armies, has revealed to me through His Son and Christ, the Holy One of Israel and Holy Spirit, my Lord, JAHESHUA MISCHAJAH... and that is that the wicked will come to an end. A final... certain... and irrevocable end. I believe this regardless of what the WT... the Catholic Church... the Baptists... the Mormons... the Methodists... the Jews... or any one else teaches.

You believe in soul sleep, just as the WT teach.

I believe in what the Most Holy One of Israel, JAH of Armies, has revealed to me through His Son and Christ, the Holy One of Israel and Holy Spirit, my Lord, JAHESHUA MISCHAJAH... and that is that when a human dies, their body returns to the dust (except the bones), and their spirit (1) returns to God to sleep under the altar until it is resurrected to a NEW body, the SPIRIT body... which is the WHITE "robe"... or (2) or goes where the Rich Man was going... to the World of the Dead, which is Sheol/Hades (which is NOT the 'common grave" as the WT teaches)... which is NOT the teaching of the WT... which teaches that when one dies the spirit dies as well... which is lie. I believe this regardless of what the WT... the Catholic Church... the Baptists... the Mormons... the Methodists... the Jews... or any one else teaches.

You do not believe in the Trinity, which the WT also vehemently appose.

I believe in what the Most Holy One of Israel, JAH of Armies, has revealed to me through His Son and Christ, the Holy One of Israel and Holy Spirit, my Lord, JAHESHUA MISCHAJAH... and that is that he and the Father are one... meaning IN UNION... just as I and he are one... and thus I am IN UNION with him... and through him... IN UNION with the Father... so that we are ALL one... in SPIRIT. That just as a man and woman become one FLESH by being JOINED in the flesh... I and they are one SPIRIT... by means of being JOINED... in the spirit. And that there are two entities, the Father and the Son (who IS the Holy Spirit). I believe this regardless of what the WT... the Catholic Church... the Baptists... the Mormons... the Methodists... the Jews... or any one else teaches.

I still find that the revelations Paul writes about are his own and he was caught up into Third Heaven.

And you are still in error. The man that Paul spoke of was John, the Beloved. But knowing this truth will not add or take away one cubit to your... or my... lifespan. It is details... and of no value. It cannot save you.

The additional evidence for this is thus:- 1. The "thorn in the flesh" was Paul's not John's.

This is not evidence. The "thorn" was Paul's blindness... a weakness he bore as a result of and for the Christ... and because of this (the sake of the Christ)... he felt he should boast about that. He WANTED to boast about revelations, but hadn't received any yet and so he boasted about John's...

Surely, if Paul is talking of John's revelations then surely John would have the thorn, not Paul?

Why would John have a "thorn"? Paul was given a "thorn" so that he WOULDN'T be able to have such a revelation, for which he would have become conceited and boastful... which wouldn't have gone well for him. John was MUCH more humble than Paul... and beloved. So, it was given to HIM (vs. Peter, who was impetuous, the Twins, who were contentious, etc.). The disiciples were TOLD that ONE of them would receive it, and it turned out to be John:

"And he said to them, "I tell you the truth, some who are standing here will not taste death before they see the kingdom of God come with power." Mark 9:1

John is the ONLY one recorded to have seen this event occur:

"Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say: 'NOW have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ." Revelation 12:10

Some revelations of Paul are not found in John's revelation. Paul explains several "mysteries" hidden in ages past but now revealed to him.

This is true. But Paul's revelations were merely information and understanding. They weren't visions. Yes, there are different kinds of "revelations" - it is the thing revealed that is the revelation - not the WAY it is revealed. And I assure you, if Paul had a vision he WOULD have shared it.

    3. Paul does not credit any third party. This would seem strange as he is clearly seeking to be humble about these revelations and could easily have named John if that were true rather than "I know a man".

John was not at liberty to reveal the thing himself... but only to share it with certain invididuals. This happens frequently with "us." So, he shared it with Paul... but Paul could not say (1) WHO shared it... or (2) what it consisted of. The firs, because of what I just explained. The second, because Paul knew (i.e., it was revealed to HIM)... that those whom he would share it WITH... weren't ready for it. They wouldn't be able to "bear" it. The same as with much of what I share here: many are not ready... and so aren't able to "bear" it. Yet.

Our Lord, however, gives us food at the APPOINTED time. So, John was able to handle it. Paul was able to handle SOME of it (i.e., he wasn't sure HOW the man entered - in body or in spirit. But if he WERE that man, he would have absolutely known which it was). He also said that some of what was seen was not to be uttered. Was not PERMITTED to be spoken. Why? Because the words... were for the APPOINTED time... which had not arrived, was not even "near". (Revelation 1:3, 22:10)

As it is, I still agree with the biblical scolars who find 2 Corinthians 12:7 makes it clear Paul had his own revelations, first hand.

And THAT is the difference between you and I, dear Stephen: although you agree with Yizuman... your words here belie that fact. I rely on the Holy Spirit... which is the Spirit of the TRUTH... and the anointing from that One that places him IN me. You rely on the beliefs of "biblical scholars"... men. Even though you deny that, above.

    4. Paul already had his own first hand revelation from the Lord Acts 22:6 and I see no reason why he couldn't have had another such as the Third Heaven experience 2 Corinthians 12, especially considering the uniqueness of his calling and ministry

I totally understand that you "see" no reason. And at one time, I most probably would have "seen" just what you "see." I think I even did! Praise JAH, however... I have had MY eyes OPENED... NOT by man... but by the Holy One of Israel, who is the Holy Spirit, Christ. HE opened MY eyes... so that I could see the TRUTH... regardless of what earthling thinks... believes... or teaches.

For instance, you probably believe... as man teaches... that Paul wrote the letter to the Hebrews. The word of my Lord is that he did NOT... that John in fact wrote that letter... and if one were to compare how John's writings START... vs. how Paul's letters start... and compare those WITH the letter to the Hebrews... one would "see" THIS truth, as well.

    5. The very nature of Paul's revelations are different to John's. Most believe John was in the body, seeing in the Spirit

"Most believe." Is that what you based YOUR beliefs on... what "most" believe? MOST believe Allah is the Supreme God. So what? "Most" are wrong in this, dear Stephen, as John SAYS he came to be IN SPIRIT. I quote the verse you referecnce, Revelation 4:2, from YOUR Bible:

    "2At once I wasin the Spirit... "

Apparently, like PAUL, however, these "most" you speak about... and you... can't handle the TRUTH of this statement.

and Paul was likely out of the body... possibly because he was physically dead after being beaten by rods and stoned...

Really? There are people who believe this? YOU believe this? Based on the verses you cite? That Paul was likely out of body because he was physically dead when he had his revelations? Seriously? If he was dead... who RESURRECTED him so that he could come back and tell about it? Surely, you're not suggesting he resurrected himself. If that were true... where is he NOW? Why didn't he resurrect himself when he, well... really died?

You are being greatly misled, dear Stephen. Greatly. Blindly. You dismiss what both Paul AND John SAY... to go along with what "most" say. Since when has what "most" say had ANYTHING to do with the Most Holy One of Israel... OR His Son and Christ, the Holy One of Israel? Isn't that the EXACT OPPOSITE of what Christ taught?

Anyhow, I am not particularly concerned with the issue.

Apparently, you are. Or were. I think your own posting here has given you cause to stop... and perhaps think. If it hasn't, it should...

I do find it more concerning that you say this revelation is to you (only)

Wait... where did you get THAT? I said nothing of the sort!! That I have openly shared it with you does NOT mean I am the only one who received it. No, I do not know of anyone else, but that's irrelevant, isn't it, as I don't know everyone. Please... don't put words in my mouth!

and I have never read or heard of your theory,

And so that makes it untrue? Since so MANY others believe in yours makes it TRUE? Who sounds like adherents to WT teachings now? Dear one, ALL who share as I do were told the SAME thing: we have never HEARD of this before. That didn't make it false, however. It just meant... THEY'D never heard of it... before.

on the contrary, those that hold the view that Paul is writing of his own Third Heaven experience, not any one else's

Well, you hang on with them, then, and good luck with that!

My concern it there is a history of people who claim to have sole divine revelation but turn out to be heretics, Charles Taze Russell, Joseph Smith etc.

MY concern is that you're forgetting Enoch... Noah... Abraham... Jacob... Joseph... Samuel... Isaiah... Jeremiah... Ezekiel... Daniel... need I go on? I am not asking anyone to follow me. I have no magazines to sell. I'm not driving up and down your street with a phonograph and loudspeaker. I haven't established any religion or organization. I haven't written any books. You cannot COME to me... for I have NOTHING to give you. I share what I do because I cannot retain it IN me. It WILL come out. Whether out of me... or out of the rocks. It WILL be told. Why? Because there are some here who DO belong to Christ, who ARE Israel... and it is to them that my Lord directs me.

Now, if you believe yourself to be AMONG them... why IS it that YOU are yet following the scribes... whose works our Lord condemned? Why are you not following the LAMB... and no one else? If you were, what I share would be IRRELEVANT... as to its truth or falsity. Because you would not need ANYONE to be teaching you... me OR such scribes. HE would be teaching you.

And if he WERE teaching you... you would say whatever he directed YOU to say... post whatever he directed YOU to post... regardless of what I... or anyone else... had to say about it. You would not be concerned with whether you were believed or not. It would not MATTER to you. Because you would KNOW who was teaching you... and that what HE showed you and said to you WAS truth... though every MAN be a liar.

Anyhow, maybe I am missing something here and there are others who share your view?

There are. And some post here regularly. But you and those like you are so caught up in your own thoughts... that you can't "see" them. Or hear them. That is your deficiency, though, and no one else's.

I have no problem with you having prophetic visions, my wife has them all the time.

Apparently, you DO have a problem - you have deemed them as false because they don't purport with what YOU believe certain Bible verses to stated. That your wife has them is... well, I guess good? You apparently believe them...

However, they need to be tested, especially the interpretation (as apposed to the revelation) by "two or three witnesses".

So, that's what you need... two or three others to corroborate what I posted? I mean, if you need that, I can more than produce such witnesses. Just ask. In the meantime, I must ask you: why do you not simply ASK the Holy Spirit?? Do you not trust him? Do you not have faith that he WILL respond and do so truthfully? Do you not trust that he IS... and leads us? Or... is is possible that you have not yet received the promised holy spirit... and anointing... by means of which he DOES speak/lead/teach us?

Paul said he was to minister to the Gentiles and this was supported by Peter's vision for example Acts 10.

Ummmm... no. Peter's vision was to allow him... and the 11... to move on past sharing with the Jews to sharing with the Samaritans. THEY... were apostles to ISRAEL... both the 2-tribe kingdom of Judah/Benjamin (the Jews)... AND the 10-tribe kingdom of Israel (the Samaritans). The Samaritans, however, were considered "unclean" because they profaned there worship millenia before, resulting in their being exiled by the Assyrians (vs. the Babylonians, who exiled the Jews). The Samaritans worshipped in the mountain by means of those who were NOT chosen by JAH to be priests, after false worship was established at their capital and center of worship, Bethel, by Jeroboam. The Jews continued to worship at the temple in Jerusalem.

Because of their false worship... and not worshipping at the temple... the 10-tribe kingdom of Israel (Oholah) was considered "defiled". Thus, the Jews had NO dealings with them. CORNELIUS, however, although a Samaritan (and thus, and Israelite)... did not live by the "laws" of Israel... but the laws of "Judah". He was a kind, compassionate man and as a result the Most Holy One of Israel heard his prayers... and sent Peter.

Ordinarily, however, Peter would NOT have gone because to enter into the house of a Gentile (i.e., someone who is not a Jew, including those of the OTHER tribes of Israel), would have been unlawful. In order to let Peter know that NOW those who were formerly considered "unclean"... those of 10-tribe kingdom of Israel... i.e., the Samaritans... were being called... ("You will be witnesses of me in all Judea AND Samaria)... Peter was given the vision of the unclean things and told to eat. When he refused, my Lord told him to "stop calling unclean what God has made clean." Thereafter, he was sent to Cornelius... who entire household received holy spirit.

Although he spoke to both Jews AND Gentiles, Paul... was an apostle to the nations. However, he was never one of the 12 (and I marvel that even though THE BIBLE says Matthias replaced Judas Iscariot, some totally dismiss this TRUTH... and place Paul in a position he was NEVER given. He is NOT one of the twelve... and even HE acknowledged that).

Also supported by huge amounts of scripture... Plenty of "witnesses" all round.

Although huge amounts of scripture, yes... you cite only Isaiah, Micah, and Joel. Three "witnesses" as to the nations being called in. And they are true. My Lord now directs me to ask you, however: who "witnessed" for THESE? Who witnessed that what Isaiah heard and saw was true? Micah? Joel? Who are the 2-3 witnesses for each of these? True, Christ, referenced Isaiah. But who gave witness to Isaiah at the time he shared HIS visions? Christ's "witness" was over 700 years LATER.

Who gave witness to the truth of what Ezekiel saw... at the time he saw and wrote about it? Who, besides Moses, saw the burning bush? Who testified that what Moses saw was TRUE? Who, besides Noah, heard the command to build an ark? Who testified that what Noah heard was true? Who was the "witness" for these... at the time they saw what they saw and/or wrote what they wrote? No one. Yet, who did THEY say gave them these things?

Your faith is sorely flawed, dear Stephen, and reliant upon "most people." In the end, that's not going to serve you very well.

    Blessings,

    I must wonder... from whom?

I bid you peace... not as the world gives it... but as Christ gives it.

Your servant (still)... and a slave of Christ,
