....not pages - results.....
...4 of which are Facebook entries.
I dunno, call me a cynic, but I'd expect an internationally renowned college professor whose "books are studied all over Europe" to have a few more than 3 non-Facebook entries in Google.

Dang - how do you have such brilliant insight into my dark, atheist heart? It is time to confess that having pulled up my moral anchor, thrown away my eternal reward, booted god out of my life and stopped using the life measuring rule that was Life's Ruler, I've regressed to a simian state where my hopes and ideals reach no further than a ripe banana and a tyre swing. I no longer try to maintain a pretence of family love or even gain fulfilment from my children, in fact if things get tough I will eBay them. Work is my only reason to exist and that only so I can feed my love of buying ouija boards , pornography and hormone altering substances. I spend my spare time bumming corpses and licking the earwax off public phones. I get particular delight from tearing the last page out of library books in the fiction section and heckling nativity plays. I am part of a secret group of Atheists hell bent (lol) on turning this world into an apocalyptic nightmare by widespread condom use and pretend alien abductions. I am indeed lost. If anybody wants me I'm collecting belly button fluff to contaminate baby food with.

Actually it does. He made a generalization about a majority of atheists and the value they place in life. He has no credible statistic to back up this assertion, thus it is absolutely meaningless. It is like saying that most Jews live in Pennsylvania. The subconscious is an unknown object that contains unknown information. The conscious contains activity. I can ponder the meaning of live, and the value I instill in it, therefore it is a property of the conscious mind, and can not be affected by the subconscious. (take any Psych 101 class)
As for your previous post concerning me misrepresenting information... I ask how?
I took a statement "Meaning is an essential part of human psychology, but some feel the need for it less than others, and some don't need it at all" and pointed out it's contradictory content. By saying that "meaning is an essential part of human psychology" (ummm no it isn't) that means it is necessary for EVERYONE. (definition of essential). He then states that some feel the need for it less than others, and some don't need it at all. That is CONTRADICTORY. You can NOT say that it is essential (needed for life basically) and then say that some DON'T need it.
LOGIC. Read ARISTOTLE.
