My father is dead

today i found out that my dad committed suicide, probably on sunday sometime.

his body was found today and the plano police department called me.

i am numb and grieving, kind of relieved for a lot of reasons, and very very sad.

ok i went to the welfare office this morning.. the case worker was a very nice lady, her name is maria.

all smiles and very friendly too.. she knows about the wal-mart situation and has gotten alot of employees who have gotten fired for whacked out reasons.. she needs some info from wal-mart, but problem is that wal-mart tends to screw with the social workers trying to get info from them and she's had been given alot of run arounds from them before.

so she told me it would be 2-3 weeks before she gets any info from wal-mart before i can get any help from them.

I am not going to a shelter downtown Indianapolis which is a 30 minute drive from here and I am scared to death of that city, too many crimes and gangs in that city. Screw that. Yes, I am a scaredy cat!

Yizuman-

I have been in your shoes before...no money, no place to live, no car, nothing. I learned fast that you do WHATEVER you have to do to make it through. Even if it may seem unappealing. Or scary. You can't climb back up until you've hit rock bottom. I know from experience.

Who plays a musical instrument?

everybody likes music, but i don't know many people who play an instrument.

years ago, every house had a piano, and just about everybody in the house played the piano, but not today.

we all know that farkel is an excellent pianist, and i do enjoy listening to his music.. does any of you play a musical instrument?
