Many have tried but as soon as you disagree or say You don't see what they do in a scripture they don't come back any more. Or if you show them scriptures that oppose what they say they drop you like a hot potato.

It means a lot to me. My church has communion the first Sunday of every month. So yesterday we had communion. We all partake because Jesus said to. Its a reminder that he shed his blood for my sins and set me free. I go to a church who teaches the truth written in the Bible about God the father God the son and God the Holy Spirit Its so different then what those men in Brooklyn teach and there is Christian love among us.My daughter has a ministry where she goes to nursing homes I go when I can She doesn't go in and ask Are you christian we try to do for everyone whether they are JWS . mormon etc. Christ loved everyone. In fact there is one JW there and she tried the shunning but JWS don't come to do much for anyone.So she asked my daughter to bring her some tropical mix. Once she asked my daughter what she was doing there and my daughter said doing the Lords work showing Love. So many of these people in nursing homes have no one that comes to visit them. It brings them so much joy and cards mean so much to them.

i remember my very first day of elementary school (stateside) at the age of 4. my parents were flustered because they couldn't believe they actually had to start their only child into public school to begin with; after all, the end was right around the corner!
this was 1984, the year the first apple mac was introduced, 80's music was loud and in your face, the delorean was cool, and miami vice was just in production.

When 1975 passed by I decided i needed a job with benefits and a pension. By 1978 I got on on at the phone co. I am now retired with pension and benefits. I am glad I didn't listen to them. 1978 was the last time I stepped foot in a Kingdom hall. I was told I couldn't work at phone co because I would miss meetings. I told them when they help support what I needed to live financially they could have a say. Never heard from them anymore. My family also left so it was easy for me.

when i look in the watchtower bible, early christians used another name.. mark 16:17. luke 10:17. acts 16:16-18 & 19:11-16. why would the watchtower use a different name?

Did the JWs conceal crucial info before your baptism
by greendawn infor those that became jws but weren't born in the cult, do you feel that before baptism the dubs withheld from you information that should have been revealed, things that if you were aware of you wouldn't become a jw in the first place, such as the heartless dfing policy.
perhaps focusing on the promise of paradise earth and eternal life makes us forget to search out possible negative issues and that's part of their trickery.

A co lied when I asked about if they believe only JW's would be saved. I was told no they didn't believe that. I also knew nothing about disfellowshipping. I was pushed to get baptized this was in early 70's. I am glad I never gave up my so called worldly friends. My worldly friends had better morals than a lot of JWS. Also how some would lie so easy to cause trouble for others they didn't like or were jealous of. If this was how it would be in their new system I would rather die when the big A came.

by Dr_Derrick inthere are more cracks we will be discovering in the kingdom of the heaven in the watchtower and i am going to ask you this: if christ did return to kingdom power in 1914, then how come we are not feeling the effects of his rule at this time?
is it reason to believe that jesus return to earth will be a future event and that it will be very much visible and that we will feel the effect of his return to the earth by crushing all these kingdoms?
