  after reading the post on how to "treat your husband," i'd like to know if any men here actually feel this way about women.

  everyone jokes around about male/female relationships, but how many really think women are inferior?

  i know from some serious posts i've read here, that a few of the men must have really been hurt by someone.

  i think its true to say that many evolutionists and creationists read books and other writings authored by people who hold to their particular view.

  i'd like to to issue a challenge to individuals from both camps to read at least one book (cover to cover) written by someone writing for the other side (if you haven't already).. .

  I have a huge amount of faith in humankind. I believe in us. We can make this world a better place. YOU can, and you and you. If we all just give up and wait on GOD, it certainly won't happen, if we all say everything is bad, everything WILL be bad. But I know that there will always be enough positive loving caring individuals as well as intelligent, creative, inventive individuals for us to survive and prosper no matter what circumstance befalls us.

  Edited to add: Mr Moe when I first posted this I hadn't read the whole thread, Im really sorry for your ex sister in law, that is really crappy and horrible. I cant imagine what she is going through, but I know when I found my beloved dog of 10 years mangled on the road, that stayed with me for so long, I kept getting flash backs. It would be horrendous to find your father in that condition.

  Elders coming...i'm shaking in my boots...NOT! Any help?

  i had a phone call last night from one of the elders asking if they can come around.

  when i asked him why he said it was to discuss whether i would be interested in having a study.. this is strange as i have been baptised since i was 14 and left about 4 years ago and have had little contact with any witnesses except my parents, but, the only thing that has changed over the last few weeks is that i put together a 50 page report documenting a range of subjects including the un involvment etc and give it to my mum.

  then within a week the elders want to ask my to have a study!.
