by Celestial ini've given this recent lawsuit quite a bit of thought and come to sound conclusions.
after examining other organization's child-protection policies (namely churches), what i've come to realize is there's a one-size fits all solution that's socially acceptable; all information obtained through witnesses and confessions by organizational personnel is be used to aid and abet law-enforcement.
there's no in-between or anything short of this objective that's socially acceptable.

This whole line of reasoning falls apart at the summation when the reader is aware of the FACT that the settlements also have a gag-order attached.
This only serves the "sake of the WTB&TS" and helps "cover their mistakes up"!

Anyone here use a tablet computer
by maksym injust curious here who uses the new tablet computers, whether they be android based or ipad ios from apple.
does anyone here use a phone to post and what is your experience with that?.
i'm curious as to how much more time there will be before these devices are the main computers for people.

I use my iPad to view autoCad files and 3d models while at a install site during construction.

by slimboyfat ini met a jw in town yesterday while i was wearing this t shirt.
it didn't even occur to me it was a problem because it is a joke , but he seemed really annoyed about it and kind of cut me short.

since i never commented on my own thread, i thought i should and thank everyone.. adam's claimed date of creation of c. 4000 bc was mentioned, however, the bible would have everyone coming from noah at c. 2650 bc.
american civilizations are said to date prior to the usual biblical date of the flood.

The attendant smiled and let me know that it was almost over. It felt good to help. But, even more than that was the satisfaction of not feeling tainted by the hypocritical edicts of an elitist control group. It had bothered me for years that as part of a group we were allowed to benefit from effort and technology of others but forbidden to contribute to the same effort.
The attendant pulled the needle from my arm and had me hold a cotton ball against the vein.
As I put on my jacket to leave I admired the deep red, plastic bag and thought to myself, “I hope it helps someone in need.”
