  Poppers', explanations are extremely beautiful and clear. Certainly coming from a consciousness that lives what is being pointed to. Words to be deeply savored. We are blessed to have him here.

  That said, if anyone would like to see a "teacher" with this same vivid message via YouTube, I suggest checking-out a wonderfully loving fellow named Mooji. There are dozens and dozens of his videos there, everyone of which points us back to the same intimate presence within that dear poppers does. It is time for our searching to end once and for all. We are what we seek.

  why do we normally get upset when someone talks about something.

  i can't say this about everyone, but i guess it's only to myself.

  It's simple: What is the one thing that you absolutely know to be true? It's that you exist = I am. The rest is just mind jabbering b.s..

  Rest in the ONE thing you undeniably know to be true, and see what happens. Be still. be still. Be still from the mind story, and fall into the truth of your own silent, intimate existence.

  True listening comes from that place beyond our mind. That which is pure consciousness void of judgment or extraneous commentary.

  It comes from that place most intimate to us. A place without walls that in truly empathetic and open. Here, hearing happens in pure silence -- and it is here that hearing is genuinely heard.

  We all have this ability naturally within us as it is the foundation of our being. It's what we really are.
