  My Son is Going Back to Iraq for his Second Tour

  and i am so angry about it.

  he leaves on the 29th of january and will be gone for 15 months.

  i am so scared that if i think about it for too long, i have panic attacks that leave me breathless and immobilize me.

  Miata: I am sorry that you are going through this. Have you joined any of the support groups for miliatry? Not that it is a cure-all but I know venting to people in the same situation does help. As you probably know I am on two boards for Marine Moms it helps to give and receive support from those that understand the situation. From me you have ((((((((((((HUzzzzzzzzzzz)))))))))))) and many good thoughts to see you through this time.

  the hospital chaplain just called.

  my baby's body has been returned to the hospital following post-mortem examination at a specialist children's hospital.

  so, the funeral can go ahead soon.. we have opted for a cremation.

  My sad news

  as some of you on the board knew i was expecting a baby, i feel i should let you know that things have not worked out for us.. when i went for the 20 week ultrasound scan last thursday, severe problems were found with our baby's internal development.

  only one kidney was detected, and it was very enlarged and polycystic.

  there was no long term hope for the baby at all; if it survived to full term it could only live for hours at most.

  silly half-awake experiences

  lol i don't know about you guys but i do silly stuff while i am half awake and in my sleep.. this morning i woke up at about 4-5am and heard "ding-dong!

  " i thought 'omg!

  it's like 4am somebody must be screwing with our heads!

  I had a sleep disorder three years ago, where I was having night terrors. I had a sleep study done...they freaked cause I would be in REM sleep, where you are not supposed to sbe able to move etc and I would sit up and freak....LOL Least I was an intersting sleep study.

  I love my dreams most come true in someway, such as I dreamed what each of my grandbabies were and Mak looks just like the lil girl I dreamed about. Bub didn't survive, he was miscarried. Most of my good writing ideas were from dreams

  Orangefatcats Surgery

  well yesterday i saw the surgeon, with regards to my left hip and because it is so advanced with osteoarthritis and is crumbling the doctor says my surgical date is march the 3rd.

  he said also he may have a cancellation for feburary and i may be able to have that day.

  Horrible News!

  i just found out today that a lady i had know for several years now had a horrible tragedy happen in her family.

  her 8 year old son died yesterday from a gunshot wound to the head.

  what i was told is the 8 year old told his older brother he was going out to shoot a rifle and the older brother tried to take the gun from his brother and the gun went off and killed him.

  hey all, i just took some "after" pictures today and need to share with my friends.

  as some of you know, i lost a bit of weight recently.

  J: You are a good weight for height. My daughter is a lil taller than you and tried to get down to 120 she looked like a skeleton.
