How do you feel about your JW friends?

do you feel they are still your friends, and are just doing what they think is right?

How do I feel? I can't stand them. Period. I could care less if I ever see or speak to them again. Their loss...my gain. If they ever left the Borg and contacted me, they would have a lot of explaining to do before I ever even let them in my house. Shame on them! And they wonder why we speak out against them. FOOLS! For the WTS to misuse scripture and wield it like a tool in order to maintain control and keep their precious organization in tact is absolutely shameful.
I understand JW's are required to do this but some take JOY in it because they are proud they are serving Jehovah. This is hateful....not loving. To shun someone and not quite feel right about it is understandable. Shunning should go against every grain in your body if you have any love at all inside of you. This, in and of itself, should cause a JW to question this practice and woe to them if they don't speak out.
As you can see, I have not forgiven them and never will forgive them unless they apologize to me and to all of us that they have willingly shunned (especially the ones who take pride in it). Even then, I'm afraid I would still have to think about it and definitely not until I gave them a piece of my mind. They're idiots. Their wrong is just too much too great to just overlook.
I have to work on this anger I feel toward them everyday, as I'm sure most of you have to also. God is probably getting pretty tired of hearing from me on this. But a part of me just doesn't and can't forget.

After I posted this, I thought perhaps I shouldn't have because some that have had this problem are no longer in the Borg and may be posting with us. I wouldn't want to offend anyone. I just thought perhaps some may know whether it was true that there are some individuals in those positions who suffered from this problem. It would verify that the problem is not just with the R&F.

Evidently, the Witness Society is more aware of the high mental illness rate among Witnesses. This is not surprising in view of the fact that a number of very prominent Witness Officials have become severely mentally ill, including several branch servants, many members of the Society's former legal staff, and even several members of the board of directors....

I just went into the site jwsons posted. This is a site worth posting to guys. It seems they are all non-JW's trying to figure out the JW's. The JW section is pretty much empty. Whadda say we tell em all about this wonderful religion? Tee-Hee.

JWs at my door !
by Celia inwell, for the first time in at least a year, jws came to my door this morning.
i was in the backyard, watering my baby quince trees --- drought conditions even here in beautiful vt --- when my beautiful dog started to bark like crazy, inside the house --- i can't let her out by herself, she would disappear --- so with my empty watering can in one hand, in my best gardening outfit (dirty white tank top and dirty beige shorts, torn out sandals) i came to the back door and here they stood, in their sunday's best, bags and magazines and bibles and all... .
one was a younger philipino lady, the other an older american woman, in the car in the driveway were the husband and son of the philipino lady... .

When I first started door-to-door work, I always remember the sisters telling me "Just remember, you know more than any householder". Even at that time and new in the Borg, I thought that was a pretty arrogant attitutde but I shrugged that thought off and honestly believed them! Gr-r-r-r. What an arrogant group of people they are. More like the Pharisees everyday. I hope God sees their arrogance and holds them accountable someday.
