I would say that the first half of these so called experiences could be true but the second half of these experiences are just made up lies.

Knocking on schoolmates doors
by BettyHumpter ini left the jw's shortly after i graduated high school.
but when i was still at home i'd get dragged into door to door every saturday morning without fail unless it was pissing rain.
i can remember always being anxious to know what territory my group was assigned.

I regret taking my young sons D2D with me now and coming face to face with their school mates ,what an asshole dad I was .
How would I have liked that if my dad had been a JW ? I cringe when I think of it.
Sorry boys.

Should laws be passed compelling the church to report crimes?
by Fisherman inif laws were passed compelling the church to report crimes to government authorities and there was no legal way around it and the church was forced to comply and did comply, nobody would confess their sins.
it wouldn’t stop people from committing crimes, they just wouldn’t tell their church about it.

I`m confused with this post ?
Is Smiles actually agreeing with Fisherman`s post ? Yet challenging him ?
Am I missing something here ?

Another Bad Egg
by jonahstourguide inhi folks.. just another case to prove that the tower organisation has creeps that other organisations do.. they are not special or chosen by god.
i wonder if it will make mainstream new here in oz.

Thanks for posting this JTG,
Many years ago after leaving the religion I got a letter to serve on the jury while i was still employed.
The case I was assigned to had to deal with a JW in the Brisbane Magistrates Court who was from the Atherton Tablelands area ? who was charged with sexually abusing his daughter / step daughter ? a charge brought on by the girls mother .
Of course I was interested ,but the female judge who was to preside over the case made it very clear to us juro`rs that she didn`t want a mis-trial for any reason whatsoever as that is a waste of time and money for the courts .In the lead up to the case their were some names as witnesses to the case that I was familiar with John Wilson a CO ? And I thought being in Brisbane I was known in a few congregations and if any visitors sitting in the court pointed me out sitting on the jury , I could be a reason for a mis-trial ,so I approached the bench and explained to the judge that I was a former member of JW`s and she excused me from this case .
I had to wait around just in case I was called to sit on another case ,but as it happened it didn`t eventuate.
I would have loved to have been on that case or even as an observer to see what the outcome was.
In fairness to the accused I do believe that some women do bring this false charge against a man to win their case ,whether it was so or not in this case I do not know.

I can`t see any of those links.

Did becoming a JW influence you to give up something you enjoyed ?
by smiddy3 inwhen i was a teenager a younger fellow workmate was involved in the sport of judo.i got interested and went along to a number of sessions and took to it like a sponge to water ,and as a sport i was happy participating in.. not that much longer another workmate was getting re-activated in the religion of jw`s.
which i had never heard o before and then got interested in that .. conflict : was judo a sport that was compatible with j.w beliefs?
sadly i decided it was not and stopped any further involvement.. to this day i resent that decision i made back then .and i`m 82 years old now.. it was a sport i was comfortable doing and i enjoyed it.and i gave it up because of the religion .who knows what i may have achieved had i continued with it.

Starting September 01, 2022, the Angels will help in the ministry work
by RULES & REGULATIONS in2022 governing body update # 6. what exciting news david splane has for all jehovah's witnesses ( who for the last three years were spared the house-to-house preaching work ) '' that we'll return to the ministry september 01, 2022. just in time for our world wide campaign to start bible studies.
and, i'm sure the angels are excited too, because it will give them opportunities to help us with our ministry.''.
not only will the witnesses be rusty in their return to the field ministry, the angels in heaven have been sitting idle while the pandemic stopped the house-to-house ministry.

Are these guys for real ? " the Angels will be excited too:" What are these guys on and more importantly what are JW`s on that they lap this all up and believe it ?
If that`s all the Angels have to do it must be heaven for them ? LOL

Financial Wizards & Wealthy Cults The Rothschild Bloodline AND Connection to JW's.
by JakeM2012 ini was doing research on the political powers in the u.s. and what exactly was the drive, goals, and ambitions between the different parties.
i stumbled upon information regarding the illuminati/rothchild family having great power throughout the world with different parties and the rothchild's goal to have a new world order from hundreds of years back and how they were involved in satanic worship.
it was interesting to see that c.t.
