hello my name is deeno and i’m so happy to have found a place like this, hopefully i can make some friends here :3. anyways idk if my profile updated but a little about me i’m 16 but my 17th bday is on the 29th aaaand i was disfellowshipped sometime in september or october 2021. as i’m a minor i’m still in my dads home and so i am forced to go to meetings and convention n shit so that’s fun but hey could be worse lol.

but yeah that’s it as far as that goes, oh and i suppose i should mention my pronouns are he/they.

Welcome deeno,to wake up to the struth about the struth at a young age is a blessing for you ,it took me 32 years. Just don`t divulge too much info about yourself here as trolls come here to see who they can "expose" and get brownie points in their cong,I don`t know if that`s true or not but hey you can never be too careful.

And forget about this pronoun / woke BS and just be yourself ,you don`t have to follow any of these fads as they come along, otherwise you might as well have stayed with the JW BS .

Their must be millions of different life forms on this planet alone from the most simplest to the most complex ,so I see no reason not to believe life in one form or another doesnt exist somewhere in the Cosmos.

Whether we exist in some form or another after passing our earthly life is another matter and we will just have to wait and see.

I never had a happy birthday this year 5/7

my wife had a hip replacement on june the 17th and while the op itself was apparently succesful ,she has had a reaction to the anesthetic ?

and has suffered delirium and is still in hospital with no apparent improvement.. its been very distressing for me to say the least.

sorry if i sound a bit morbid but i just had to share,.

i know who won't be saved according to witnesses and that includes just about everyone alive at armageddon who is not a jehovah’s witness.

others who are permanently lost include adam and eve, those who died in the flood, people of sodom and gomorrah and apostates to their one true religion..

The OP made me think its produced by the JW`s themselves but that`s not the case is it .

And it`s not done my a mainstream film studio is it . That is it wont be shown in movie theatres will it ?

Is it only available online YouTube? Or how else is it available ?

My point is it will still probably only be seen by ex JW`s and very few active JW`s and not a wider viewer audience of the public , which will be a shame if its as good as claimed .

Hopefully I will be able to watch it tomorrow.

What Name Does the New Testament Emphasize - Jehovah or Jesus?

it seems to me scripturally speaking, that jehovah's witnesses are emphasizing the wrong name.. it should be jesus, not jehovah.

Is it just me ? or is their anyone else on this forum that thinks pronuncing wrongly the name of God by a religion who has set themselves up to spokespersons for God matters ?

This post has more than justified settling the issue that Jesus name is the one that Christians should be emphasising and proclaiming and not the name Jehovah or even Yahweh .

But you think an organization that prides itself in speaking and witnessing for GOD would at least get his name right ? wouldn`t you ?

Didn`t the " Aid " book acknowledge that the name / word Jehovah was not the correct pronunciation of God`s name but that was the most common /popular name in use .?

I ask : In use by who? By Christendom ? Who else would be using the name of God if n the people of Christendom ?

So why would Jehovah`s Witnesses / WTB&TS follow the traditions of Christendom and not use the more accepted pronunciation of God`s name as Yahweh ?

Apparently Jehovah God didn`t know about ink or biro and only used pencil or maybe he did have fore-knowledge that the WTB&TS would have to do backflips on their prophecy`s / predictions.

So pencil and an eraser would make good sense.

The Major League Baseball All-Star Game.....And, An Assembly

folks: well, here in the united states, tonight, july 19th, is when the mlb all-star game will be played.

and, it will be played at dodger stadium, in los angeles, california.

for those of you who don't know, the all-star game is a game in which members of the american league teams compete with members of the national league teams.

While I can`t remember an Assembly at that particular time I certainly do remember where I was when Neil Armstrong set foot on the moon ,at that time I worked for Kodak here in Melbourne Aust.and we gathered in the lunch room to watch that historic moment via TV.

I think we were in the lunch room a lot longer than the bosses anticipated because they did take a lot longer than expected to emerge from the capsule.

NASA did use Kodak film and on tuesdays they showed Kodak films at lunch time in a cinema on site which went for about 30 mins,of previous moon missions.

I hope the ball game is as good as you expect it to be .

I have fond memories of that time.

Funny but I do remember an International Convention held in Melbourne Aust. in 1963 when their was hardly anyone who came here from overseas .LOL

Thank`s Friends, my wife is now at home with us, my son and DIL also live with us ,which is a great help. She still has some periods of tiredness and vagueness which is undestandable but it has been a big improvement now that she is home ,

The big challeng for me now is to get her to do her exercises as I know how important that is for her recovery. She can be a bit stubborn and pig headed when she wants to be
