  I never had a happy birthday this year 5/7

  my wife had a hip replacement on june the 17th and while the op itself was apparently succesful ,she has had a reaction to the anesthetic ?

  and has suffered delirium and is still in hospital with no apparent improvement.. its been very distressing for me to say the least.

  sorry if i sound a bit morbid but i just had to share,.

  titch, yes i had a hip replacement about two years ago now and i was up walking and out of hospital in 4 days .

  i thought my wife would have a similar experience. sadly not to be,

  And I feel a bit guilty about encouraging her to have the OP.

  Anna Marina , Thank you for that link it has been very helpful.

  My son and I have a meeting with the Doctor and nurses tomorrow about her prognossis and what options are available to us about her future care, apparently after about 17 years of parkinsons she is now showing signs of dementia also.

  rutherford in his last book in 1942 ironic that it was called "children" told witnesses don't have any kids!!!

  armageddon is just afew years away.

  2022 many witnesses still live by this ideal...i have no kids at 50 years old because of this idiot!.

  Were you a born in JW W-007 ? if so that might explain it.

  I was a convert at 19 married 2 years later in 1961 to my convert GF and had 2 boys and other JW`s in my era were marrying and having kids ,so i guess it all depended on the individuals and maybe the environment we were in at the time ? or where in the world we lived .

  Regardless we all have regrets about our JW experiences.

  He continually blamed his predecessor for his f--- ups, and tried to take credit for the good that happened under his successor.

  Michael176 and KIMSILVIO ,and to anyone else who is pretty new to this forum ,i would advise not to send anything personal to someone who like you is pretty new to the forum .

  I would suggest you wait to hear from someone who is a long standing member of this forum and interact with them just to be on the safe side .

  I don`t mean to demonize KIMSILVIO or mean any disrespect to him ,just that he is also new to this forum and we cant gauge either of your intentions.

  This post is just to inform all to be a bit more cautious in posting.

  On the other hand ,can I welcome both of you to this forum as it is a great site with many informative people here ,I have learnt a lot more about JW`s on here even though I was active for 32 years

  I can relate to 3 Bible accounts that indicate a generation is Approximately 50 years in length. So if 1914 was correct the generation of 1914 would end about 1964 .

  WT / JW predictions weren`t fulfilled in that year.

  Jesus died 33 AD prophecy fulfilled in 70 AD well within a generation of 50 years
