wow, just watched a video from the 'world economic forum' , a respectable organization by the way, not the usual conspiracy lunatic theorist.

it says that by 2030 meat is gonna be a treat not widely available like today, that the us is not gonna be a global superpower anymore, instead a handful of countries will dominate and that people is not gonna own nothing but will be happy.. well, that would help the borg to keep the craziness going on.. thoughts?

An answer to a letter from a JW.

this is a reply i sent to a jw who sent me a letter "what is gods kingdom"?

i didn`t want to come across to strong or as an apostate .i was pleasant b4 and after this piece .. you direct me to the watchtower magazine that announces jehovah`s kingdom to get the right answer`s to what god`s kingdom means.. i am somewhat familiar with what the new testament says about god`s kingdom and i cannot find in any scripture a specific mention of jehovah`s kingdom, not one scripture .

those words jehovah`s kingdom do not appear in any bible i have seen including the nwt.. i have a few bibles .. but what i do find is that there are over 20 scriptures that explicitly state that followers of jesus christ, christians, are to be witnesses of jesus christ and his kingdom , the kingdom of jesus christ that is to rule for a thousand years .. the bible makes no mention of a jehovah`s kingdom.. the reason that there are over 40,000+ christian sects is because they all fall victim to relying on their own interpretations of what they consider this scripture or that scripture means and not accepting what the bible simply states.. and then i thanked her for her concern and gave her my e-mail address if she wants to contact me further .. criticsims / feedback welcome .. edit:.

To The Australian Government .Have Jehovah`s Witnesses signed the Redress scheme ?

maybe i`m a just a bit more impatient than some ,but the govt.

did say they will name and shame those who do not sign up to the redress scheme didn`t they ?

and take away their special priveledges , etc.?.

And as a supposed Christian Religion shouldn`t the Government point out the moral and ethical responsability Jehovah`s Witnesses have in joining the redress Scheme ?

I wonder when we can look forward to when the Govt.will eventually act out there commtment.

i always got the impression that jws would be brought before governments and would give some kind of grand, impressive witness.

You just have to look at how the Elders performed at the Australian Royal Commission { ARC} to see how pathetic they were.

hi,friends , i doubt that the jehovah`s witnesses will sign up and in one way it is a good thing because it will bring reproach on the name of god and his supposed organization, if the govts.are true to theire word they should name and shame them.

for not signing up.. one of the reasons for not signing up is because they do not share interfaith with other christian religions.. however they seem to have no problem selling their kh`s to christendoms religions .?.

but if any member of the jw`s has any dealings with another church you will be brought before the judicial committee to explain yourself and maybe end up disfellowshipped.. if ,and i don`t beleive there will be any persecution ,but if it did occur it would be because they brought it upon themselves ..

New Years Eve

here it is ,the end of a year and a new one starting tomorrow.. i do not want to reflect on the bad the year brought us ,but thankfully i will move into the new year glad that i am still here to enjoy the good things in life that are still here .. though i've had some personal bad stuff happening like all do from time to time i did have things to be thankful for ,like my loving partners support and a wonderful christmas visit with my daughters family and grand children.. i had to plan my driving trip to queensland in between covid shutdowns but this made it more exciting and helped me to see i should not take family for granted.. so i'm thankful for the good the year brought and yet sorrowful for those in the world who had bad things happen.. that's the stuff of life and sometimes it's worse for a while and then change brings better times.. i don't believe the strike of clock will bring change but what we do in our lives will ,i've made bad decisions that have lbrought life long change for bad but i have made some for good.

some things from outside will bring change ,like covid ,but it is how we handle things that really matters for the future.. the one big thing i am thankful for is getting insight from this wonderful site that helped me see what the disgusting watchtower org is in reality , and over the years have seen thru others here how they broke the clutches of a cult of liars.. so thank you all and hope that the future brings some happiness as well ,agong with the sorrow and especially to all the ozzies on here.

Thanks for that wozza ,today we are presently having a visit from my grandson and his partner and their two young daughters 13, and 10 year olds and we are having a wonderful day .

So I`ll close now as we have some serious drinking and feasting to do ,

My response to a letter I received from a JW doing FS

it is a response to a letter i received to explain god`s kingdom and to refer me to jw.org.

type written but signed personally.. and this page looks like it has been photo-copied.

so obviously he has sent many more around this community.. i intend to send this letter back with my hand written response as follows.

I received another letter tody from another JW ,i think that is the 3rd one in a month or so .

This one from a different person who signed her name and gave me an email address to write too.

{The name of this person is the same as my SiL `s freind when my SiL lived here years ago.

If it is she would be getting on by now and maybe rember us when we lived here in the mid seventies.}

Which I will do when I sort out what I will put in it. It also had the theme What is god`s kingdom.

I`ll vary the subject to what I replied to the other JW.
