  I wonder if the GB have any idea how many JW`s are infected and whether if they did know something whether they would publish it .

  What would be the pros and cons of revealing such numbers ? if they had them ?

  someone was asking about it on another forum, but no one can remember when it was or if we can locate it..

  In other words they could end a prayer in the name of the Logos ? How would that go down ?

  With all of the control their enforcing now just think what it would be like in a so called paradise earth with the GB in control ?

  It would be worse than being in a concentration camp ! Further ,it would be worse than anything 1984 came up with ..

  my old user account says i joined this forum 19 years ago, an intermittent poster starting 102 topics, the last about 12 years ago.

  with my community under a volunteer stay-at-home policy and a mandatory curfew, i took the time to read all of my old posts and the replies, reminding me of how informative and therapeutic this forum was during my jw to ex-jw transition.. in 2018, my life took another turn with the death of my wife of 49-1/2 years after a long illness.

  my writing, according to observers, lost its edge and purpose.. i travelled to asia, meeting a beautiful, intelligent woman in cagayan de oro, philippines, 33 years my junior.

  so my wife is so diluted and brainwashed.

  during this time she is having so much anxiety, mainly because me and my son's want nothing to do with the religion.. so the discussion was, i told her will never go back because they go way beyond what the bible teaches all the time.

  i brought up overlapping generation, 607 and then i told her...show me where in the bible that jesus returned invisbly in 1914 and started ruling?

  You could ask your wife about a dozen and more core JW beliefs and where in the Bible is it found and she or no Elder would be able to give you a definitive answer to your question .

  To many of the rank & file its purely an emotional attachment to the religion ,they have their ears tickled ,it sounds good . No more worry,live in a paradise earth,no food or accommodation worries,no sickness or death .

  Who wouldn`t want to live under those conditions and they just WANT TO BELIEVE IT.

  Jehovah`s Witnesses aren`t the only religion who teach and preach these things ,none of which can validate their claim anymore than the JW`s.

  To name a few.

  The Worldwide Church of God.

  The Seventh Day Adventists as well as other Adventist movements

  The Christadelphians

  Just to name a few.

  think of the possibilities, if this technology is all they have to stay in touch with their minions think of the wonderful possibilities..... 1. think of what just one molotov cocktail or flame thrower could do to their broadcasting room and the "world wide work.

  2. or better yet if "v" (for vendetta) hacked into their broadcasting system...and told them the real truth.

  All I can say is that the Bible clearly tells us that Satan after his rebellion against God in Eden could still come and go as he pleased before the Throne of God in Heaven for thousands of years all the while as he could come and go roving about on the earth .,as the scripture says seeking to devour someone .

  All of this with the permission of God . Job 1: 6-12 ,1Pet.5:8

  And as I have said before Jehovah God never shunned Satan and Neither did Jesus Christ .

  And in the example of the prodigal son the father never shunned him but welcomed him back with open arms.
