For those of you who've watched the Witnesses documentary, let's suppose for a moment that...

for those of you who've watched the witnesses documentary, let's suppose for a moment that the org was forced to make their database of abusers available to the courts.

if this database is as detailed and meticulous as it is claimed, how in the world could the org (in its present form) survive that?

assuming they don't go bankrupt after all of the new abuse claims, would they go underground, shut down the kingdom halls, stop the preaching?

Wasn`t there a judge somewhere that gave a court order for JW`s to release this data base & face an x amount of $ fine every week or so if they didn`t do so ? And that it is still in force ?

And the files that were handed over to Zalkins law firm from JW`s ,why cant he release these files to the judge that has imposed the fines on WT/JW`s if they refused to do so ?

Why cant Zalkin hand these files over to the Judge that requests them ?

What am I missing here ? it just seems like such a ridiculous situation to be happening.?

not sure if this was posted before as i could not find it.. .

the two-night investigative special follows the stories of four former jehovah’s witnesses, as they recount details of the sexual abuse they endured during their time within the organization.

oxygen, the destination for high-quality crime programming, debuts “the witnesses” on saturday, february 8 at 7pm et/pt and sunday, february 9 at 7pm et/pt.

I`m not sure who I got part 2 from but whoever it was thank you ,it should be an eye opener for anybody who sits on the fence or doubts the extent WT/JW will go to avoid scrutiny or put someone from the G.B. on line to defend their faith.

They just fail to show up and defend themselves and this is Governing Body members I`m talking about who have the best possible chance to defend the faith on National Television and they wont show their faces.

Yet they expect the rank & file to go D2D and defend the faith ?

Where is the Leadership example ?

she told me those programs are “ apostate lies.” i asked her if people magazine is apostate.

she said no, but the one who wrote the article is.

The JW`s also lyingly try to put the onus on the one that is shunned saying it`s their fault we are not talking to them because they knew the consequences of leaving the religion .So they still left knowing the consequences so its not our fault but theirs.....?

How do you argue with reasoning like that ?

i found out just last night that back in 2015 scientists discovered a piece of amber estimated to be over 15 million years old.

inside the amber was a flea, very similar to the size and kind that attack and eat our blood today.

whats even more astonishing is in the mouth they found bacteria that has the same make up as bubonic plague.

regarding prophecies, i can’t name one thing jws have been correct about.

as a matter of fact nothing stands out to me that shows the witnesses have the truth..

The Governing Body is not inspired, nor infallible.

And of course they have never ever got any of their Bible prophecy`s right, no not one in their over 100+ years of trying.

a jobo i know has cancer.

her son goes and cleans her house and generally cares for her.

so does another non-jobo relative.. the congregation, interestingly, has shown very little support apart from the odd one rabbiting on about 'bible promises this and that'.. so, the co visited and said, 'but your son is an apostate(tm).

The other side of the coin to this is that the elderly and infirm Jehovah`s Witnesses who have given their life to the religion are now left to rely on the Christian religions that the WT has told them to condemn all of there lives yet they are the ones that take them in and give them all of the assistance and health care they need.

bit of background: a couple of years ago i was reproved after i slept with a brother that i was in love with but we were not married.

in fairness, the elders were kind and supportive.

the problem is, i had always been the model witness before that.

Is wifi sensitivity the new chemical sensitivity?

several of the jws i know have recently graduated/incorporated wifi sensitivity into their (self) diagnosis of chemical sensitivity.

they seem to be particularly terrified of the new 5g, with some even believing that it's the new 5g that's causing coronavirus in china.

the fact that even though they maybe able to turn off their own wifi but will still have all the other wifi signals around them doesn't seem to occur to these jws.
