  What I Love About Maui

  at least one of the things i love.

  the people are amazing too but this is what i do over there.

  i'm working very hard to call that place my home one day.. .

  Maui, Maui, Maui...Oh, how do I love thee!
  My hubby and I love Maui. The Wailea area is my favorite. It's been at least 4 years (still trying to recover from JW employee embezzlements). We love ST. Martin equally. The water is warmer, but there is more to do in Maui. I guess you could say I'm divided between 2 worlds. Yes, you can live in Paradise earth and if not, you can at least visit or vacation there.

  Maui's the Best!!!

  DON'T FORGET TO GET SOME 'MAUI ONION POTATO CHIPS and MAUI ONION DRESSING', it's great.

  Elder Clinton and poor publisher Monica in the backroom with a JC. Elder Clinton denies it all, Monica comes forward with a confession of all the details (including how Elder Clinton ruins her new blue assembly dress). Elder Clinton maintains his position of authority and poor publisher Monica is threatened with DFing for lying and making a bad name for the congregation. Elder Clinton is enraged mostly about the charge that he had used a cigar. How obsurd! Everyone knows that smoking is a DFing offense. Publisher Monica is now marked by everyone and can do nothing to regain spiritual acceptance throughout the Worldwide Congregation of JWs. She's lost forever and not one JW will ever buy one of her expensive handbags/bookbags because she tried to bring the big guy down.

  Elder Clinton, yeppy he has all the right moves.

  Getting Hitched, Oh how wonderful! I take it that it will not be a KINGDOM HALL wedding! Just think you don't have to sit in front of a bunch of elders(who have no idea what a happy marriage is) asking you personal questions to see if you qualify for a KH ceremony. I think of the many people who lied just to have their wedding in the KH. I know how the gossip would run rampant if a couple decided to get married somewhere else.

  Congratulations, and hoping that you and yours will experience a wonderful life together!

  Child Custody Packet, need letter to BOE...

  does anyone out there know if there was a letter(s) from the wtbts to the body of elders containing information on the 'special child custody packet' that is used to help jws get custody in court?

  OH, Yes. I read your post awhile back and instant jealosy ravaged me!
  So, I ordered mine online and received it about 2 weeks later. I got 2 key chains and a postcard(with a blue LeSabre on it). I ordered it really, because our fellow apostate's wife denied that the org had a business called 'Circuit Leasing' and wanted it for him. She wouldn't even look at the info so he didn't give her the key chain. She would have loved to have one, otherwise.

  They can be used for a great JW conversation 'STOPPER'.

  OH, Sweetie, just be yourself. If you have information and experience(s) to share, share it. Even if it is negative or positive information someone will benefit from it. Most of us here are adults, with many different experiences, personalities and backgrounds so not everyone is going to agree/diagree.

  I think it's really nice that you are concerned on how you can help others here.

  Again, just be yourself and remember kindness goes a long way.

It is always hard to deal with unpleasant situations, but when you are hit with them all at once it is beyond devastating.

  she is going back to court today to try and get her 3 girls back from the jw dad.

  it's been a trememdous battle for her and her husband.

  My husband and I just got back from court. We are hoping things go well. There was seven of us there for alamb. We were not allowed to hear the others testimonies, and we are not allowed to discuss the matter until the judge makes his decision.
