  I am thinking about updating my resume

  my van broke down before christmas.

  i could not even afford to have it "looked at", let alone repaired.

  Sad Discussion Regarding Beards

  so both my wife and i are awake to ttatt.

  we are still active, patiently waiting for the org to implode.

  being active, it is evident this is happening as a quickening.. we were having a discussion regarding shaving & beards.

  Turtle - you say that you know ttat and yet you are an "active" witness.

  Now I don't get that at all. How can you bear it?

  Just grow your beard and FADE out! Who cares what your good JW 'friends' think of your whiskers.

  And here's a news flash for you: You have no good JW friends. They will sell you out to the wts in a heartbeat if they suspect you of dabbling in independent thinking. If you can't tell your 'friends' that you visit this site, then they are no friends of yours.

  As Giordano says (above) just leave and get on with your life.

  it's kind of long but tell us what you think....it was all i could do to stop myself from making a snarky comment.

  he keeps predicting the end of the world and has gathered some zealous followers around the world.

  he lives on a large property bought for him by his disciples.

He keeps predicting the end of the world and has gathered some zealous followers around the world. He lives on a large property bought for him by his disciples. He doesn't work, but is able to live a luxuriant lifestyle.

  I have a question for born agains and jws. When Jesus ask Jehovah to forgive the men who killed him are they in heaven?

  this question gets people defensive because they have to question they own belief system.

  born agains and jws always claim to follow the bible 100% but when this question comes up i always get silence from both groups.

  because in the bible jesus says whatever he ask the father i will be granted.
