Commenting at the Meetings

so i'm still going to the meetings...my spouse is still very much active...however, after i learned ttabtt...i feel like such a hypocrite in reciting (commenting) the wt writings and teachings at the meetings...in your own experience...how did you handle this situation?...and if you did comment, what did you say?...i still go out to service, however, i only use the bible and do not distribute wt literature...so far nobody has said anything lol.... .

I still attended the meetings for about a year after learning TTATT. My comments during meetings stopped for the most part, however I did go out of my way to comment on any paragraph that talked about JESUS instead of JEHOVAH. No one ever said anything to me but I am sure I sounded like a Jesus freak when those were the only times I would make a comment and the talk about Jesus was so rare.

If you feel that you must comment, find one paragraph where you feel that you could make a comment that might get others thinking a little, but without sounding full on apostate. I could blast the pharasees in a way that should have made some think, hey the JW leaders are not much different from the pharasees in Jesus day.

I agree with others to just stop, but if you feel that you must, it is possible to find paragraphs to comment on non-doctrinal issues.

Love it!

The first year I did holiday lights, we went all out, every breaker in the house was running at max capacity. It was fun, but I failed to realize at the time that all these decorations require storage space during the off season.

Let me get this straight about the FDS latest thinking

This type of thinking is proof that the governing body of Jehovah's witnesses are either

A) Completly delusional like most cult leaders.

or

B) Completly dishonest and know 100% that they are fleecing the flock.

Are there any other options on how they could come up with such BS?

One thing for sure, they don't come up with new light unless there is some problem they are trying to solve. I predict that because of this change they will stop reporting # for partakers in the future. It also solves the problem why anointed are not consulted world wide if they are all feeding the sheep.

i had been studying with the jehovah's witnesses for the last couple years.

they have been interesting study sessions and have learned quite a bit about them and their beliefs.

much of what they teach is what i had learned through personal bible study.. growing up was normal.

Welcome to the forum. The reason they are still kind to you is because you have NOT yet been baptized. You are still a potential convert that needs to be love bombed. Once baptized express some doubts about one of the JW teachings and watch what happens.

today i added a new article to my blog addressing what watchtower says in public view about transfusion versus eating compared to what it admits in private about transfusion and eating.

its short and sweet, and of course documented.

Watchtower Corporation enters new business to help sheeples see that the end is very, very near!

my dad heard from the co who heard from a do that heard from his brother-in-law that heard from the friend of a governing body's wife, that the gb is getting very concerned that "the friends" are losing sight of the nearness of the panda-petting paradise.

many of these friends are also looking too critically at the "spiritual food" provided by the "faithful slave class.".

don't tell anyone else, but i hear that the gb has begun testing something new on some of the sheeple.

I just spoke with a bethel insider who confirmed that the JW goggle buisness is true. The governing body is very concerned about the growing trend of publishing compaines going out of buisness so YHWH told them to deversify.

Getting dunked to soon, a younger JW Ferdinando began having doubts about the Governing Body claims to be choosen as god's modern day mouth piece. The generation that was not to pass away before armedgeddon arrived, seemed to have passed away.

Now, with his new JW googles, when Ferdinando does research on JW history, 1914 seems much closer than before. It seems much closer than 100 years ago. The overlapping generation doctrin seems so much clearer with his JW goggles.

I will be having a talk tomorrow at our special assembly day

our special assembly day is tomorrow, although, i dont live in the states though but still, i wont put the theme of my talk up here; you never can tell, but, i will be mentioning some of the main points i will be highlighting.

1) how jehovah views secular education.

2) what should we be doing now with our precious time, considering that we are living at the finishing line of our relay race.. 3) are we heeding to the instructions given by jehovah's bride?'.

For point #4, be sure to include the account where Jehovah killed 70,000 humans because of King David's sin, yet David gets to live and continue as King.

This would be a good modern day parellel on how the governing body of Jehovah's witnesses bears no responsability for their errors, but will spiritually kill (disfellowship) any JWs who should questions those errors.
