Ballistic, I remember you from way back when. Didn't you post at Tim's for a while? Also Tim had another site and for the life of me I can't remember it now but it had a pink board... this was always a waist of time on xmas day, but you know what we always has a full turkey dinner after getting back from the door knocking.. i live in the uk at the moment but will soon move to alberta in canada, what did your jw family do on xmas day did you have family over etc... .
this year we had nobody.
Tried to act happy for the kids sake..what a horrible parent I was..
So glad they didn't listen to me and now have happy holidays..

Aug 1st is my Birthday..what a present that would be..my SS check comes on the 2nd Wed..many older seniors get their check on the 3rd..we shall see.

when i was a bible fundamentalist jehovah's witness it was easy for me to dismiss homosexuality as a sin and move onto the next, more interesting, topic.
it is much more complicated than that for me at this point in my life.. i think about it this way:.
what if i, a heterosexual, were raised in a community where everybody was homosexual and heterosexuality had a harsh taboo attached to it.

Can you imagine, as a straight male, swallowing load after load of your husbands cum just so the other people will like you?
Can you imagine doing that for many years and then finding out the church and the people who made you feel you had to was a lie?
Like I said, I never had to endure that. But so many have.
That was just a disgusting example to use. Couldn't you think of something a little more classier?

So you're saying a person can be "Talked" into becoming gay/ lesbian?
Interesting..I always wondered about that and how influence from another person/persons could sway a person towards that lifestyle.
