Jw's are a cult evil as can be my mom and sisters have never talked to me just because I dont believe a couple of men in New York are chosen by god. It is so painful many have taken their own lives because of this cult. They are told not to talk to read or even look at x-members. I have never seen a worldwide movement as controled as them.

i've spoken with an elder/spokesperson of a melbourne jw church, who explained the official positions of the church at length, but i'm really interested in getting more of a sense of the day to day experiences of jws, both current and former.

Who are we to run ahead of God's pope? Doesn't God trust him fully shoudn't we? Is it pride that keeps us from accepting New light? Evidently some have tried to run ahead of the Catholic Church and his channel of communication. A side note don't look at or read anything the pope doesn't write or talk about.

Guys Holidays are whatever you want them to be. How can anyone be made, happy, sad at what we create on our high holy days. Thanksgiving is gran to me as is Christmas and Halloween because I make them that way for my son and wife. Even some of my wife’s family really don’t care about the holidays as non-witnesses but that is what is GREAT about being free. I could stay home do nothing or have a feast with everyone and tell stories till the night ends. My Holidays are whatever I choose them to be not a rigid scrooge gayasss old man telling us what it HAS to be in new York. Happy Holidays to all

I honestly dont know. I think Freddie Franz but he was never a tru JW as in a rank and file. he was a leader a chosen one. I think he thought he was different apart chosen by g-d. I really dont think they have the ability to reason outside of their compound. He lived their from the twenties and had yes men all around. Do Muslims believe they are wrong as they blow themselves up? Losing money and members will cause change that is why we are here.
