as i was participating in some very strenuous aerobic exercise recently, it occurred to me that some of what i experience during exercise has some similarities to what i've been experiencing during meditation.
the similarity is being very aware of my body during exercise.
the difference is that in the meditation i've been trying, after becoming aware of my body, i then move away from awareness of my body.
Sooo right powerlifting saved my life!

so i just calmly mentioned to her that if he really wanted to, jehoober could save thousands of lives every day just by controlling the weather or providing just clean water or just a just a few loaves and fishes!.

I can tell you now, there needs to be a better plan then a bag with a tin foil blanket and a book of elders phone numbers in it to evacuate less abled people to some safe house in another elders basement. The stupidty boils my blood.
