For there to be conscious life after death, there would have to be continuous recording of brain activity, because, if you go out of your mind, or loose your mind, your memory is gone, how could it be restored, or be stored in real time right now? where and how. so wait and see.

and it will be the same organic life that started ~4 bllion years ago. so, if you want to continue to have, or be a slice of that growing pie, make sure your genes are woven back into the cloth.(mix metaphors) If you are for creation, participate in procreation. pass on life with a passion.

According to wt, the transfer of authority from the Jewish system to the Christian system occurred at Pentecost.
The temple scheme was "god's" legit organisation before that; witness Jesus encouraging contributions to it, by the widows.
