DT in these last days we, who like to really find the truth , have developed technologies that could be used by the deity to really prove these fables of old are true, substantiate some modern day equivalent of the supposed miracles, messages. sadly, the record has it, that
the supposed co-creator of the universe endorsed the flood, waters over everest, a flat earth where you could see china from the mid east, and more ridiculous stuff. did not correct scientific errors, misconception in ancient "knowledge".
nothing destroys your credibility more certain than flops like that,

let us make a choice : a) the universe created itself or b) it was somehow created, from uncreatable energy.
c) made by a person a creator/trice.
In case of c) the bible/wt writer's picture of the father (or mother nature) is a gross caricature, at best.
wt is an obstacle to really have a meaningful search, spiritually commensurate with the immensity that we experience.

one thing i always disliked about the watchtower society is how they use young children tp peddle their literature.
my mom insisted that my brother (12 years old) and i (9 years old) go out in field service every saturday morning.
didn't matter if it was 90 degrees or 20 degrees, we were out peddling watchtower magazines.
it was mild child abuse! R7R
if it is mild, can normal, heavy be far behind? The affront comes in to call it "worship"
the elders, ms, too see the kids' hours and placements as a means to bolster the numbers to get more privileges, as a means to get rewards : a part at a circuit assembly maybe? on the backs of kids' innocence.

i've asked a couple of jws to explain the overlapping generation and they directed me to the website jw------org.. either they don't know, or they do know but don't want to discuss it because they know it's bogus and embarrassing.. either way, surely they must know that this just extended the last days another 80 years from the time fred franz died.
wt writer conflated contemporaries, groups and generation into their post-1914 era amalgam.
to declare the anointed to be the only ones that count in the mass of humanity that lives since then, is their real mistake. because
Jesus said that the generation in question would pass away only after the end. after all has occurred. however,
wt writers maintain that the anointed will pass away way earlier, --to be battle ready for their role in Armageddon, ----pass heavenward at the onset of the great tribulation.
They are discussing "Samson" right now, It will not take that much power to collapse their wt temple ( way of worship). Their doctrines have such serious build in flaws, that just as a deck of cards, it is already wobbly.
