  a new space telescope launched a few days age that will supposedly be able to see to within 100 million years of the big bang.

  wow... only 100 million years from the big bang.

  that is pretty early given the 12 billion year age of the universe assigned by scholars who adhere to naturalism.

  upon observation of the wave, the wave collapses into particles (photons) that can be picked up by the retina of your eye.

  Sb: wave collapsing! that is what surfers are waiting for, arrives like a wave but becomes like a wall that can hit you at the shore. so, it started as a ball, the pebble, and finished like one in our detectors.

  We already have the "ALMA" array this will give a clearer view.

  When the first images on earlier balloon carried detectors of the MBR were seen somebody said "the hand of god",

  jj, yeah, so webb comes just in time before the first light gets stretched into too long a wavelength.

  Satan's world at it again , like with zoom. I have not seen any telescopes, scientific gear in any of the wt depictions of eternal paradise, with a totally dark sky.

  It is a great time to be a Creationist!

  SB: yeah just thinking, we are catching the balls or photons that were thrown that long ago. and

  that basic ball mitt we created cost roughly I dollar per year per light travel time.

  Money well spend to emulate the creator that obviously wants us to work hard find out how it was done. (if that is important) and yeah, looking at the works can tell us to know a lot about the worker.

  It will not prove Gen 1;1 to be right though, because we already know that the Earth, and the elements in it, were not created in the beginning.

  But something on a sidenote. I've always wondered how the Borg, as time moves on,,, will deal with human colonization on the moon, then Mars someday

  BS: I thought that when The US successfully landed humans on the moon, left artifacts there, even driving around all that while the "god of this world" himself is confined to the earth.

  with "inherited sin" limited to the human race, what gimmick will these religious leader have to come up with to be relevant?

  Mars? month in radiation soaked space? decades before a return is feasible? who needs imperfection, inherited sin to make you sick? really really incapacitated?

  perhaps wt is building these new studios to produce messages about the kingdom good news, from a planet occupied by the enemy since 1914, , to warn the cosmic comic? life to avoid the "mistakes" we made here?

  Perhaps NASA has the same idea, to tame these potential dangerous "natives" by converting them to be manageable members, begging for forgiveness, becoming the"meek" that will inherit their planet. as was done here by all religions as they spread. the "word" ???.

  road to nowhere, your name says it all. looking at the other posts. while it is terrible to feel personally left out, why not just sense the excitement that is in the air at this time? the extra lighting? (wear plugs to muffle the truly awful music!) if you seek crowds at the mall. , enjoy nature, quiet, already preparing for the spring burst.
