it would be nice if the heavy hitters here would leave kind of a jwn "testament" to tell the "living" the different dimension they are going too, if they have such a choice.

Is the FACT that no God/god ever communicates with humans evidence that no God/god exists?
by Disillusioned JW inis the fact that no god/god ever communicates with us evidence that no god/god exists?
i think it is very strong evidence that no personal god/god exits, especially a benevolent god who wants humans to know him him/her/it, to obey him/her/it, and/or to love him/her/it.
since no god/god communicates to us (including those who sincerely want communication with the/a god/god), wouldn't it be sensible for those who pray to what they believe is the/a god/god to cease all efforts to communicate to a god/god?

communications with/ from a creator may have forms that relate to our endeavors.
Einstein imagined that he was in a kind of hide and seek contest with "der Alte" (the eternal one) about the still hidden laws with which the deity governs the universe. so
perhaps a hidden, non-biblical message is waiting for you.
keep on searching and you will find, if you are worthy.

If God exists, what would be a good reason why he never communicates or helps his creation by intervention?
by pistolpete inyou have probably heard all kinds of excuses why god doesn’t communicates with his creation or why he doesn’t intervene.. some examples.. no one can see god because he is a spirit.. but we can hear god---yet he chooses not to talk to humanity.. god only communicates with certain people.
moses, samuel, abraham, etc.
but there are many people today who also claim that god spoke to them yet we ignore them but believe god spoke to people who lived thousands of years ago and we can’t really verify if that was so.

the massive heavens made and was the cause of what they saw.
H: when we look, we see light from the past. 8 minutes for the sun, light-years for stars, 13 billions for the beginning background radiation.
our being, existence, is rooted in the past, the past that we only see now. so,
naturally, we would have to look there to find our origins. even past the beginning of our universe, the local heavens. by their works you will know them or him/her.

If the core of the argument is the generation, "truth" would boil down to Jesus' words , so:
It is a generation that will pass away ! just "--not until all -- has -- happened." therefore,
it must be a generation that survives Armageddon. but then dies.
according to wt doctrine: that are those who become wicked after Armageddon, in the new system, perhaps during the post - millenium rebellion.
the overlap takes wt to 2075. the 'death after Armageddon' that Mathew's writings require: 1000 years into the future: 3075.

Resurrection after a death sentence in the OT?
by EdenOne ini have a question for those more versed in biblical history than i. .
knowing that a belief in a resurrection on messianic times was a later jewish belief ... but still ... did the ot jews believe that someone served a capital punishment / death sentence would be elegible for future resurrection?.
meaning: when coding the torah, did its writers intended that the capital punishment also be understood as an obliteration for all eternity?.

not a scholar at all, but the idea of a dignified burial, in the "memorial tombs", compared to be dumped over the edge at the valley of Hinnom, aka Gehenna, or being eaten by the dogs says it all. or?

Is most of the promotion of creationism, not just that by the WT, charlatanism?

DJ, IT IS LINKED TO MY VIEW OF TIME, THAT SEEMS TO BE THE first DIMENSION, EXISTING PRIOR TO MATTER. the big beginning was just a point in time. the universe is still expanding into time.
the mainstream view is that time started to roll with the big bang, and we all have timelines, that spool out so to speak. .\or time is a flowing river.
i consider time as static, infinite in the past and future. the creator is not moving through time, James 1. but we do. for a time, some distance in time.
With the creator/ trice occupying time in all directions, past and future, the point in time, our universe, the temple had to be inside the creator, not the other way around.

god exists and that the god is a female,
DJ: I am just playing with the biblical idea, that (in connection with the temple dedication) it was said, that the whole universe could not contain the creator. that was certainly true at the Big Bang, when all what we have today, was contained in a singularity. With an omnipresent creator, that would have him containing the all, which is really the hallmark of a female.
I have the greatest admiration of the creation, but it is work, not the worker, in my view., but a great window into his/her personality.
There are non biblical messages in creation, artwork so to speak that goes beyond strictly utilitarian/ most efficient developments. I have seen that a J figures in it. for en-Joy or may be the tribe of Joseph.
