  follow up for above: Some of these 1975 zealots were so qualified. that their companies, like IBM in at least one case, set them up to do their work "by wire" from the remote location "where the final need is great".

  These now maligned "servers of a date" (hello wt!) are the ones that , in the NW, instead of moving to their lakeside resort, were ready to take on the next bible dated task, : The seven year "marking of bones and cadavers" that was to precede the cleanup, and much later waterfront lounging.

  There should be a great need to stand up and leave in protest from the oldtimer section, when, or after, hat character assassination is shown. after all, when it makes you sick, ...., and when nature calls....

  Those that sold houses, suspended their businesses, semi-retired, moved, were not serving for a date. That is a libelous classification. They were the zealous most sincere, and not stupid ones, that were willing to give it [almost] all in final spurt in the "work that will never be repeated"

  wt is not just blaming, but slandering it's former, most devoted followers.

  but hey, if "jehovah" can do it to "Jonah", wt can do it to jws.

  In the context Paul seems to use the case of a widow, that is no longer under her late husband's authority, or law.

  A dying person becomes free of accountability for his sins, because there is no way to make any action stick. Now, about those scrolls that are opened? and judged according to their works that are remembered? ?

  It seems that at death, any debt, any accountability for sin, inherited or accumulated becomes simply unenforceable, Puff-gone. Perhaps even more so, if the death, sin is only symbolic.

  WTBtS uses the reported free hours of jws as proof of their noncommercial charity status. so, they have, to my knowledge, never disciplined anyone for fudging the hours, upward.

  Jws imagine they are working for the kingdom government. they would be on salary in the real visible world. time clocks in government departments?

  hello all - so me and stuckinarut2 are at the state library proving to ourselves that wt has it all wrong re: 607. i've read at length jwfacts, jwsurvey and crisis of conscience that all go into the subject and i've just downloaded gentile times reconsidered.. while it is fabulous to have someone else compile all the research and evidence for you, it is quite another to see it in print for yourself - and so, here we are.. while we wait for our array of books i couldn't help but share with you how the state library has catalogued jewish history - 586 bc to 70 ad.

  no mention of 607 as a key date as far as the library's catalogue is concerned!!

  David, I think your sources are going astray here, Nazi comes from the "National S. D. A. Partei", abbreviated to Nazi, like Commi.

  talking of Poland, the City of Danzig was not founded by the northern tribe of Dan either.(as British Israel would have it,) As you know, these tribes went to North America instead (check Salt Lake City Utah.) ha ha.

  Your good comments of the chaotic history in the land was confirmed by this week's wt assigned bible reading, Jeremiah 38-41, where after the "fall" of Jerusalem, stragglers returned to the land and fought it out before tapering off into Egypt, a fluid situation, where to peg the 607 or whatever marker?   Why is the white race so different?

  what i'm saying is the white race is the only one that has a verity of eye and hair colors , so what gives?

  is it that this race was influenced genetically by a group of pre humans that didn't mix with other races?

  The irony is, that in "white" societies, the vigorous ones want to appear tanned, and in the tropics, the upward striving cultivate their paleness.

  Eyes painted to be more oriental - like, lips enhanced to be more African typed. There could probably be assembled an universal trans -"race" beauty/ handsomeness index, appreciated from all view points.

  It is the extremes that repel, and some grandparents like to have their offspring resemble their own parents as much as possible, carry on the line. can you blame them?

  @The Searcher, I know you are passionate about this detail, (like I am about my concerns), and there are instances where "death" in the scriptures is interpreted to mean leaving a given condition or circumstance. but

  Can you detail how in that Roman passage a figurative death would acquit, or cancel a person's burden of sin, normally leading to death? is the death figurative too? Is the death really the one provided by the ransom? Paul's legalise needs to be explained to me. thank you.
