The great thing about this video is it going to set thousands of people free. Maybe they wont quit tomorrow but this has to flick a switch to the general stupidity of it all.

I think if you claim to speak for god almighty himself , you shouldn't drink alcohol at all. Given the fact all the bottles looked the same , they were not for a party, they were him alone and he is a fucking piss tank alcoholic.
Oh man I can't too show some uber elders and ask " is that really clean conduct in the Christian congregation." I might even show up for the memorial half pissed this year.

Military Service Debate
by Steel ini got into a debate with a jw today about everything tonight and of course it all came back , we would never take up arms against each other , the mark of true christians, the two greatest commands blah blah blah.
i tried to make my case against it but he took a very simplistic approach.
a got home, did some research and found two new testament stories different about the great faith of roman centurians.

A got home, did some research and found two New Testament stories different about the great faith of Roman Centurians. One was Matthew 8 and Acts 10. I think.
It just seemed really weird that soldiers would be called " men of the lord" while all these idiot witnesses are rotting in prisons because they don't want to do a little jogging and play capture the flag.
Not saying the world isn't full of stupid wars that no one fight for any reason but it seems odd people are so willing to die over cherry picked texts.

i have a jw wife who in 10 years of marriage i have never seen actually read the bible, never given a witness to me, never had a biblical discussion.
for a number of years now hardly even reads the magazines.

I have to spend three days in an assembly ( well I will sleeping in the car) while they trash higher education when my wife is putting 100 a paycheck in my son's collage fund .
It seems like such Bullshit we even have to go.

i have a jw wife who in 10 years of marriage I have never seen actually read the bible, never given a witness to me, never had a biblical discussion. For a number of years now hardly even reads the magazines. I pick her after meetings and ask her what she learned and she changes the subject.
I was raised in the church and without being very religous , I like to think I have some idea of the bible narrative. I have been told by witnesses they are impressed with my biblical knowledge level, yet they have no interest in talking to me about biblical matters once they find out I am not completely ignorant of bible theology.
Getting back to my wife. Every saturday morning, Sunday morning , Tuesday day, assembly and circuit overseer visit. It's s complete dog and pony show . Outside of the complete obedience to the governing body , my wife is an absolute fraud . It's just shocking how much time is wasted for nothing.
My question, how many witnesses live like this.

I have always found it odd they refer to themselves as Jehovah witness instead of just Christians. Just the fact they think of themselves as a complete different religion.
I grew up Pentecostal and we just thought of other churches as our fellow brothers in Christ , unless they were one of the cults.
As for the statement Jehovah and Jesus completely trust the slave, so should you ? Wow that is just disgusting . Just wow.

The trinity is like the Star Wars movies. In Star Wars and the Empire strikes back you think Darth Vader is the baddest dude in the Galaxy . Its not till Return of the Jedi you realize it was the Emperor.
The new testament is the slow realization that Jesus was that second touchable, seeable manifestion of god in the old testament. Its not a simple concept and you have a to have an understanding of the entire bible as a whole, not just selectively reading verses, to really see it.
I have found it to be a real waste of time trying to explain it here.

Liberal arguments against the pro life types on late term abortions.
1. Republicans don't care once the baby is born and the mother. And I am like yes they do a poor job. We need to do better.
2. Late term abortions for elective reasons are rare. And I am like I hope so but it doesn't change the fact it happens and is terribly ghoulish. The fact it is rare doesn't mean it shouldn't be illegal.
