Resurrection hope an incentive to learn and do divine will (l Cor. 15:58)
(Note: Instead of eulogizing the deceased, use the material in this outline to give a fine witness concerning the truth. Good balance should be observed in this regard. Doctrinal points can be presented as beliefs of the deceased, which served as motivation for him. Purpose of talk is to uphold Jehovah God as a God of love and mercy and at the same time bring comfort to the bereaved. Use of a song such as No. 102 (53) or 187 (93) is optional. A brief prayer at the close is fitting When arrangement is made to go to the grave, it is well to consider quite briefly the hope through the Kingdom, reading one or two scriptures, such as Job 14:14, 15 and 1 Corinthians 15:5413-57. This service may also be closed with prayer, thanking Jehovah for the resurrection hope, which is of great comfort. The talk need not exceed 30 minutes.)

sorry as this topic may have been covered many times but any thoughts or links to other topics on how the pro-jw websites are commenting on this.. rub a dub.
The nonlink on JW.org worked real good for me! As expected, I found out absolutely nothing from the sole channel of "truth" in the entire planet.
Evidently Geoffrey Jackson is in charge of the web site. Part of his ultimate power within the religion over all and sundry, including the Watchtower Society in Australia.

Many JW's have been following the ARC on the official JW web site. It contains all the information and reports that have been approved by the Governing Body of Jehovah's Witnesses for publication:
no doubt we noticed the royal commission ask vin toole (and i think terry o'brien) about the expression "theocratic warfare"?.
they were asked to explain it and what is meant to witnesses.. vin outrightly lied when he said he "had never heard of that expression!".
i remember him using that term in conversations and talks many times!!
anyone watching the inquiry would have heard the org's attorney asking that the documents outlining the stucture and mechanics of the wbts be kept confidential.
all this subversive and clandestine behavior is not helping their image.
what do you all suppose is potentially damnimg in these documents?
sparrowdown - Re finacial documents: The Commission is hoping to put together a redress scheme to compensate victims.
If it goes ahead,it's likely the organization will contribute according to number of members and size of bank account.
Methinks any redress scheme or co-contributing scheme administered by the Australian government (currently being considered for religions) will be based on the number of ordained ministers within each religious community.
If that's the case the JW's will have to co-contribute more than all other religions put together. If they present an argument for just elders / ministerial servants, then they will still have to co-contribute more than any other religion. Seems reasonable as it has been revealed they have more child abuse problems than any other religion in Australia.
If 7000 JW's (elders, co's, servants, pioneers, bethelites) came under the scheme that would equate to $700,000.00 per annum per $100.00 of the insurance premium. Ministers of religion have the highest premiums for insurance against child abuse.
Their insurance could easily be $1,000 per annum, which for JW's would be $7 million per year - which is probably the same amount they currently 'donate' to GB operated charities outside of Australia.
