  he doesn't keep his word, nor does he keep his agreements.. he claims to be a dub, but like many dubs, he lies and he doesn't mind the fact that he lies.

  I don't know this person but will keep my eyes peeled so I can see what your talking about.He he!

  Just wanted you to know that several of us responded to you last night in chat when you said that no one ever listens to you.
  We were all in agreement that we do listen to you and enjoy your posts.

  I was one of the privleged who got to see you in the old H2o days.I've known you for about 1 1/2 yrs to 2yrs even if your not that famaliar with me.
  
  There are so many new ones here.Please consider digging up some of your gems!

  The WT UN thread is NOT mixed with nonsence like some of our threads.
  I URGE you to take the time to digest this from start to finish.
  This is big! So much so that some have disassociated themselves over it already.A long time ex elder friend of ours DA'd his self last tuesday over this.
  At the very least this should be shocking and disturbing to any long time JW!

  I agree,If my local paper or radio station reported these things I would be scared too.
  I think any one else would be too.At least some axiousness would be felt.I don't care what the reputation of the paper is.

  Even the tabloids get it right sometimes people!
  Put yourself in the other persons place,please, before making judgments.Also, leaving the past where it belongs would be helpful too.

  the usa are using all the high technology from stealth bombers to satalite guidance systems, that they can muster, in an effort to blow bin laden and his mob into oblivion.. yet on all the main newsbroadcasts, what do we see?.

  we see bin laden, giving interviews to the press!!!.

  now am i misssing something here?.

  Just a guess.

  Do you think the Talaban could be doing the interviews and filming secretly then turning the tape over to the news?

  If the press does know where he is you would think they would want to collect the reward.

  I'm sorry you are having to deal with this kind of anxiety!
  WE all deal with it but it's always worse when it's close to home.

  Even if any or all of these turn out to be false alarms it doesn't take away the fear that is real no matter what.

  Jon passed away this morning

  my name is kevin and i am jon's partner.

  jon gave me his password a few weeks ago and asked me to post to the board if something happened to him.

  as some of you know jon had been undergoing cancer treatment since the end of july.

  Is the UN 'scandal' the big one ?

  looking at the stats, there are well over 14,000 views of the thread about the un.

  the next 'most read' thread is around 9,500 so it is clearly a burning issue.. i wonder if the involvement with the un is the biggest threat to the wts?.

  they are getting badly burnt because of their covering up child abuse and www.silentlambs.org is doing a great job of raising the profile of this but even so, i can see the 'mental defense mechanism' of many jws excusing this as 'individuals imperfection'.. they cannot excuse the gb getting in bed with the un.

  Your right this is going to be interesting.
  The WT is between a rock and a hard place on this one.

  In any response they will have to try to give an answer to a mixed audience, the rank and file,the public and the UN.
  I'm sure hey would like to make up something for eaach of these but they risk being exposed yet again if they do.They may do this but it will be very dangerous for them.

  this is great!.

  most days i have to walk through a shopping centre.. a df'd guy is always in there preaching.

  he was df'd nearly 10yrs ago for basically disagreeing with everything the soc.
