  A fascinating invention is being tested here in our little village.

  it is a beautifully simple machine that produces electricity from moving water.. we live on the columbia river 3 miles above the huge bonneville dam hydro-electric installation.. we have an abandoned lock that was built about one hundred years ago to lift river traffic around the rapids formed thousands of years ago when the naturally formed bridge of the gods collapsed.

  the river now flows through it next to thunder island.. recently, an experimental device called the "eco-auger" was lowered into the locks current to begin tests of the beta model.

  it is about the size of a small school bus.

  Interesting product. Correction is in order. Nothing man does benefits the environment. All man can do is try to diminish his impact on the environment. The only thing mankind can do to benefit the environment is disappear from the face of the earth.

  hi guys, ive finally got a copy of coc from my local library, im on page 120ish and im really enjoying it!

  the thing that gets me now that im enlightened is how little the rank and file know about anything this organazation does!

  everything is so secretive and covered up behind a curtain.

  Anthony Morris III - example to the flock - example to the elders

  i find it curious that so many are offended at the comments used by anthony morris iii.. when he publicly states that colourful socks, tight pants and spanx are not part of a christians life, he is teaching a lesson.

  the lesson for the flock is not to wear colourful socks, tight pants and spanx.. however,.

  the lesson to all the congregation elders is to ensure that these lessons are driven home in their respective congregations.

  I find it curious that so many are offended at the comments used by Anthony Morris III.

  When he publicly states that colourful socks, tight pants and Spanx are not part of a Christians life, he is teaching a lesson. The lesson for the flock is not to wear colourful socks, tight pants and Spanx.

  HOWEVER,

  the lesson to all the congregation elders is to ensure that these lessons are DRIVEN HOME in their respective congregations. They should be constantly reminding the flock to refrain from colourful socks, tight pants and Spanx. Perhaps a 'local needs' part could be prepared, with display boards on the platform, showing the congregation examples of colourful socks, tight pants and Spanx. The parents could be advised that some of this may not be suitable for their children and may want to send them to the library, back room or even to their cars in the parking lot while the program continues. After each subject is discussed, for example the socks, the brother handling the part could finish with the suggestion that if certain ones don't like it they can 'take it up with God'.

  It absolutely stuns me that so many do not understand that Anthony Morris III is showing them how to teach the deep spiritual things. This is 'meat in due season'.

  ' if, now, your right eye is making you stumble, tear it out and throw it away from you.+ for it is better for you to lose one of your members than for your whole body to be pitched into gehenna'.. we certainly do not want to stumble or, worse yet, be a stumbling block to the congregation.

  evidently jesus was stating a principle here in matthew that he intended true christians to apply to all aspects of their lives and not just their eyes.

Therefore if you find colourful socks are luring you, if they have become such an obsession for you that you would think of wearing them to the Kingdom Hall or field service, better it would be to 'throw them away from you'.

  Following are some of the fine examples of 'obedient ones'. Many are or have been pioneers in the past.

  Visiting a drone manufacturing plant would be much more exciting to a young fella like Caleb. Perhaps the Society could negotiate a contract to produce drones at Bethel. With all the free labour a tidy profit could be had.
