disfellowshipping children
by QCA1 inawhiile back i posted telling you about my grandson whos mother hit him for not saying grace before a meal ( he is 15yrs old ) he has been hit on many occasions,he hates being a witness and is forced to go to the hall by his mother.
my grandson phoned us on the day his mother had hit him,he was sobbing down the phone to us and said he wanted to come and stay with us, i said yes and that i would fetch him, anyway his mum and dad have had nothing to do with me since despite me writing to them expressing how much i love my grandchildren and that i wish to see them,i have had no reply.. the other day my grandson phoned and said to my younger son that he is leaving home when he is 16 and can he come and stay with us,of course i said yes.
what i need to know is will he be disfellowshipped for living with his grandma ( i am not a jw ) of course i know what this will mean for him,his brothers and parents will shun him.. as for me what else can i do to see my grandchildren.

problems with jw daughter-in-law
by QCA1 ini haven't been here in awhile and i'd like to say hi once again.. i have written what i am about to tell once posted it and it disappeared, must have hit the wrong button.so here i go again.
over a period of time my grandson who is 15 has been making regular contact to my youngest son (who is his uncle)they talk about what teens talk about, football and music, cal my grandson has also been allowed to stay over once in a while, which i might add surprised me a little, you know staying with his worldly gran, his mum is a jw and my eldest son cals dad is almost one you could say.. anyway since cal has been staying over at our house he has opened up about a lot of things none that were instigated by me i must add.he said he dosen't want to be a jw he hates it and his mum and dad have been hitting him quite hard.i believe him because his mum has always been heavy handed since he was a young baby,i did threaten her once after i heard she had knocked cal to the floor hitting him when he was about 3yrs because he said ' oh god ' has kids do sometimes,my young daughter was there at the time and she told me.
not long after that they left the village, after sometime normality resumed with our family and we got back on speaking terms.. cal has always been rebellious and i know his mum has always hit him and now he is 15 he is questioning more and fighting back so i quess he is in more trouble.then about a month ago my young son had a distressing phone call from cal he was sobbing and asking if he could come and stay he had some clothes packed so i spoke with cal and asked if he had been hit again and he said yes very hardbecause he forgot to say a prayer before the meal and his mum lashed out at him.

Problems with JW daughter-in-law
by QCA1 ini haven't been here in a long time so i'd like to say hi again.. i do want to share something with you if i may.
over a period of time my grandson who is 15 has been allowed to come over and stay with us as my yougest son is his uncle who is 16 they got on so well together talking football and rapping music.he would phone my son on a regular basis, and then his mother said he could stay over sometimes.the more he stayed with us the more he opened up about what was happening to him at home,he told me he didn't want to be a jw and was always rebellious towards it this i always knew.he is only allowed out with jw friends he he is monitered whilst on his computer and when he phoned my son his mum or dad(my eldest son)were always present.so he wasn't allowed a private phone call,my grandson told me that his mum and his dad were hitting him really hard and on several occasions he wanted to leave home.. i listened intently and felt sad and disappointed that he was being treated in this way as his dad was never treated that way as a child.my eldest son married a jw girl and after a few years i saw the change in him.
my daughter-in-law however is a control freak and she was hitting my grandson when he was a toddler as i threatened her once i would report her, not long after they moved to another area.. time went by and normality resumed.anyway,my grandson was telling me that his mother is bombarding him about armageddon and that if he dosen't conform he will die with no hope,he said nan i don't really believe that.

Five Steps to Peace: any comments.
by QCA1 inhi to everyone.. just finished a book by neale waslch called ' the new revelations'.
i would like to if i may list here what has been written regarding the 5 steps to peace.
do you agree or disagree.. we acknowledge that certain old beliefs about life and about god are no longer working.. we acknowledge that there is something we do not understand about god and about life, the understanding of which could change everthing.. we are willing for new understandings of god and life to now be brought forth, understandings that could produce a new way of life on this planet.. we are willing to explore and examine these new understandings ,and,if they align with our inner truth and knowing,to enlarge our belief system to include them.. we are willing to live our lives as a demonstration of our beliefs.. do most or all of you here think that what we have been taught about god, christianity, jesus and so on through the bible is absolute truth and truth isn't to be found outside of this book.. i would appreciate your thoughts and has anyone read anything by neale walsch.. qca1.

Ebay Watchtower books
by QCA1 in.
hi everyone.
yesterday i was on ebay.com and started a book search, i saw watch tower books(a massive collection) from the 1900s selling for around $8,000,i told my husband and he said someone should start there own cult up based on these teachings with the aim of bringing the watchtower down.. imagine it,the watchtower reading about this religion with it's old teachings about christmas, the pyramids, aluminun, where jehovah resides, the cross, the princes return, and so on.. so calling all apostates make it known that this is what is being revived, not literally of course, perhaps letters by the 100s being sent to the watchtower letting them know that this is what is going to happen and see what they do,give them a run for their momey.. just one of my darling husbands ideas he's full of them.. qca1

Need Advice please help.
by QCA1 ini have just had news that my jw daughter-in-law has been told that her baby, she is expecting in july, has a 1 in 400 chance of being downs syndrome, 3yrs ago her brothers wife also had a downs syndrome baby.. in 4 wks she will have another scan that will confirm this.
at this moment in time i can't find the words to express how i feel as my thoughts are towards my son and his family at this time.
i do know that all babies are precious no matter what happens, they also have 2 boys 1 of which is rebellious towards being a jw he says he hates jehovah, so life is difficult for him as my son is extremely strict with him, and now the news that their baby maybe born with downs syndrome must be awful for them.. has anyone here had to deal with something like this, and what, if any are the wts views on this sort of thing.

Some Advice Please
by QCA1 inthe other day i was on the computer and i moved some files on jws into documents as i was in a hurry, didn't think anymore of it.. my grandsons came over who are jws and joined my son on the computer,my son went into documents and my grandsons saw the files and asked him why i had them, of course my son didn't know quite what to say and he didn't tell me until after they had gone home.
i am worried that they may tell their mum and dad what they saw.
if my son asks me why i have these files what should i say because i need to be careful.my family is everything to me especially my grandchildren.. qca1
