If you are anti JW you will be treated as DFed. I would learn up on the cult and talk to her to question as she learns from the cult. Once brain washed it will be hard to talk her out of the cult.

sometime within the last 2 weeks, someone took a sledgehammer to the pyramid monument in allegheny.

they stole the topstone, smashed the cross and crown emblem and removed the seal.. personally i'm surprised it lasted this long untouched.

although through the years russell's grave has been vandalized, it was always repaired by the bible students..

That is BS. I don't believe in desecrating anyone's grave. I don't think it was right to tear down markers for Nazi graves after the war and anyone's grave ever. No matter what they did. That is personal property not public.

Is the door to door preaching work not the primary focus anymore?

a few months back, one of my uncles who was an elder, asked the co, why jehovah would allow the door to door preaching work, to come to an abrupt end.

this was when my uncle was starting to have serious doubts about the organization.. the co told him to be patient, and hang in there, because the governing body was on top of things and in time would explain what is happening regarding the preaching work.. my uncle asked; “what do you mean?”.

co said; “focus on the wt study articles in the coming months” .

i’m reservations, pimo elder.

i’m in no position to leave the organisation, maybe some people will see that as weak or whatever, but we have to all go down our own path in life.. i would like to be able to wake people up in my congregation, how do you think best to do this?

any ideas?.

Play the game, Make copies of anything the cult has in files that shows what the cult is doing to cover up child abuse or anything else that shows the cult as evil. Use your position. I would then keep an eye out for others who have questions and get several points that you can bring up and tell them to those who are questioning. Don't waste your situation just to quit. Especially if you can not quit right now. Send anything child abuse to Mark O'Donnell. He is the real deal and you can trust him to keep your name out of it.

firstly i appreciate the work mark o’donnell does for the xjw community.

no doubt this has also been discussed numerous times before.

but with regard to those documents that were illegally stolen in that vice documentary.

Not sure of the law but my guess is one reason is the cult did not want to bring too much light or publicity to this. If they did it would soon be seen that the stolen would not be the main issue and the cover up of pedophiles would be.

a person said they were working at an adult bookstore…a jw came in to do exterminating.

I used to own a service store years ago. I had the elders wanting to DF me so bad. They would follow me around and found me working at a church. That is a no no. When I had worked in the Elders store that I separated from and started my own in the same town, they would tell people who came in looking for work to be done on their church that only JWs were gods people and their church is run by Satan. That wold go over like a lead balloon.
After starting my store I would do all the churches I could. This would lead to a great bit of work from the parishioners. But the elders came knocking. My GF who was an elder knew they were trying to railroad me and said if the checks are from a private individual they can not do anything, only if the checks are from the church itself. So I would tell the story to the church and the issue and they would no problem pay me with a private check.
So I was not working for the church but for an individual that had me work at a church. In the eyes of the cult its like a roofing company you work for that happens to do some work now and then on churches, you can work on it if its not the only thing the roofing company does is work for that church. Talks about some ticked off elders.
