  I Care a Lot (2020) One of the worst movies I think I've ever seen

  my wife and i were intrigued by the trailer, which looked like a humorous, over the top, dark comedy.. the story centers around the unscrupulousness of a female attorney named marla grayson (rosamund pike) who makes her living by preying on old people.

  grayson has her victims declared mentally incompetent, locks them away in a care facility she has bought off and then liquidates and pockets their assets as their court appointed guardian.. (spoilers ahead).

  ms. grayson humorously makes the mistake of singling out a seemingly helpless retiree name jennifer peterson (dianne wiest) as her next target.. grayson however, quickly discovers that peterson has millions of dollars in diamonds in a safe deposit box and far from being helpless is the mother of roman lunyov, (peter dinklage) a russian mafia figure who is not terribly happy with this turn of events.. up to this point, the movie was great.

  It was horrible. This movie had the ability to be good but they really screwed the pooch on this one. The very end of the end was good where she was shot in the heart. But the rest was just horrible.

Well that would be the first time in human history that population just stopped. Second 11 billion is unsustainable. Heck we are using most all the worlds arable land now. We are having fresh water issues and its running out. Closed aquifers are going to dry up at the rates we are using all reserves. I have heard some idiot religions and they are all idiot religions say that the earth can hold infinite humans. That is as stupid a thing as I have heard come from any religion. Over population is due to Oil, the cheap easy energy that does so much work for us, advancements in medicine and technology. We are in uncharted waters here.

  The world has more and more people chasing ever fewer and fewer resources.

  There is no doubt that Whites are being discriminated against and are being held responsible for other white peoples actions. If some black guy kills and rapes your wife its just this one of and mama sat him backwards on the toilet seat and he has a legitimate right to be angry bla bla bla. But some white guy shoots some black guy even in self defense and its racist. Don't agree with the PC or Woke crap BS you are a racist. I am hoping to see some ass kicked next midterm. We need a NAAWP for whites now. The leftist idiots are all about destroying Americas culture for power. They are stupid and dangerous.   The Martian (2015) - an excellent movie

  i first saw the martian (2015) at the end of last year.. it is directed by ridley scott, so the cinematography is gorgeous.

  i thought the plot and characters were solid, with good acting from all.

  i particularly liked the banter between mark watney and his colleagues.

  so, in the uk, during the early stages of covid there was a groundswell of appreciation for the nhs for their front-line sacrifice.

  this was crystallised into a regular clapping/whistling/noise making session every thursday at 8pm.. "harmless" you would have thought, "a gesture of appreciation", "what could possibly be wrong with joining in on that innocent activity?".

  well, the co during his recent rounds had a different view.
