  when i was a kid in the late sixties the type of books we would study was very intense compared to the bull shit pablum that they put out today?

  i mean the finished mystery and others now its these stupid books that don't dive deep into the beliefs.

  someone i know from england is a nurse.

  she told me there was an outbreak at the hospital and she got the virus after being vaccinated.

  she said she was told it probably would have been much worse for her had she not gotten vaccinated.

  made a big mistake of talking about being raised as a jehovah's witness to some old friends and family.

  people have told me that i am still a jws even though i've never been baptized.

  i'm in school for social services, dealing with student loan debt, and a lot of other debt.

  You are trying to talk yourself into a bad situation. If your mother has a shit ton of money and you want to make sure you get your inheritance and not the cult I can see the dilemma, if it is just for social networking than its absolutely bat shit crazy to go back.

  i can remember when i joined the chess class in middle school.

  my mother brought out an older watchtower article about how chess is a game of war.

  since i left the cult in 95 i have slowly lost any connection to the cult.

  There were a lot of witnesses who did not follow the direction of the society like JWundubbed. We had a family from California who moved in and would go to school cake walks and other events that made the congregation uneasy. The society at least did when I was in look down on Yoga,even gave talks on why JWs would not join and nor do Yoga, Chess, even had a talk on are you addicted to caffeine in coffee and or Tea. Does not matter what a brother or two did or said I was going more for what the JW cult stood on it. I have seen congregations who were not very strict have beach beer keg parties. I have also seen whole congregations almost dissolved and restarted because of not following the rules. I may wright a letter to the HQ and ask what they feel on Chess. The usual rule is if there is nothing new that has come out they will default to the last thing there was on it. So I would bet dollars to doughnuts that they still don't like the cult members to play the game. For two reasons, one is the old Tower that said it was based on war strategist, and the second is it takes up too much time to master. Time they think would be better spent reading the cult literature or cart work. BTW Jwundubbed, I had a Nintendo NES and when JWs would come over their kids would get all big eyed and I would say do you want to play and to the one the parents acted like I wanted to take nude photos of them. Not kidding I got the stink eye like crazy.

  are there specific rules or watchtower articles that must be followed?.

  i have been to three different wakes/funerals where a disfellowshipped person attended with different results.. 1. ten years ago my first cousin passed away.

  I was always told that you only talk to a DFed one for business you have with them only. So if your family member say a brother is DFed and your parent dies and the estate needs to be settled you can only talk to them about the estate nothing else. There was no time out or anything like that. Once the business is over you can not talk to them

Since I left the cult in 95 I have slowly lost any connection to the cult. So I don't keep up with the day to day goings on. If they don't like Chess they must hate most video games.   so i received an email from one of the used-to-be jw friends that now pretty much ignore me.

  it was haranguing me about "getting right with gee-ho'-vuh", and how imperative it was to "return to the organization".

  it continued on with the worn out argument that "the faithful and discreet slave know what we must do in order to be safe and to live, as gee-ho'-vuh brightens the light to them.
