  was there any particular history on this or anywhere where the wt picked up someone else's doctrine?.

  in most cases, the bible uses the word "disgusting thing" to refer to idols, idolatry and false religion.

  The scared little girl in the basement

  im kinda mad, its hard to shake off the look of that little girls face...standing in someones basement, scared.. why the hiding?

  if these people werent in this basement, would they be killed?

  all them years of studying and being loyal, and its come to this.......being scared in a basement....all bad !

  In the late 90's, I pushed to get a personal computer in the Kingdom Hall and many were quiet resistant. It languished in a backroom unused. 

  After many years of stalled technological progress, the rebranding into JW.ORG has accelerated changes faster than any time in my lifetime. What will be interesting is hearing about the new Kingdom Hall designs that will be unveiled to all elders in the US branch tomorrow.

  I'm really looking forward to Avengers 2...more than any movie I've been looking forward to in a long time. I hope for unending sequals. 

  I was skeptical of Fantastic Four until seeing the teaser...I will give it the benefit of the doubt. 

  And, of course, the trailer for Star Wars looked great...I'm looking foward to seeing it.

  Long live the sequel!
