I am not sure if you'd consider it a huge secret because I knew about because my ex came home from the service after working with the elders in the service and they had spoken of two families related. The Parents and the daughter and son in law, they were in business together and something went wrong and then all of a sudden they were not speaking to one another they no longer sat together and so my ex says yep they are fighting over the business failure. And the Parents are going to another cong. same hall differnt cong. Like this is private stuff and my ex is always telling me things the elders talk about.

Also there was two pedophiles in the same cong.

In one of the other cong. I was in also had a pedophile.

Three elders were deleted for embezelling money from other brothers and a company

Family member and elder accuses other elders of wrongdoing but he is the wrongdoer, committs incest with his children and neigh bourhood children That cong. was disolved.

Elder deleted for alcoholism

Elder who is dead now and is my dear ole daddy towards the end of his life i just recently found out was drinking heavily again, smoking and lying to all of us. He did this with two other brother one other was an elder as well , They all golfed together when this went on. Wow was I shocked to find out this just several months ago. And he had the nerve to ream me out at every chance he could.

Why are JW's afraid of dear old Ray?

no active dub will read "crisis of conscience" by ray franz because it is "apostate".

now if it is truly apostate,in the sense of being scripturally wrong then the wt has had 20 years or more to expose it,same as if it is factually wrong.. if it is neither, then the wt has had 20 or so years to put their house in order,so reading it now,dubs should say "oh yea we've changed that,so no worries".

so why can't they read it now?.

For whatever reason he was DF it doesn't really matter? All that matters is that he penned those amazing books that have helped 10's of thousands of exjws and perhaps some witnesses learn the real story of things going on with in the confines of the organization. What more do you need. This sweet man took a giant leap when he did what he did. It took courage and faith in God the step the Ray took. He probably knew in his heart that he would be disfellowshipped once he presented what he had and he knew he had the real truth but ..............

Fred Franz wouldn't stand for changes it would change the whole structure of the understanding of the gentile times and the beginning of the time of the end, The dates weren't as the Society taught. The truth had to be made public. No way, they had to stop it nip it in the bud. so out goes Ray and all those who wanted to rebel against the society's teachings were also disfellowshipped. I recall reading the story in the Times magazine about Raymond Franz and the Organization. I wished I had saved it but was a witness then and had my husband found I had it I would have been in trouble.

Yes the Organization could be afraid of Ray, but they have already so many legal matters pending I don't think it is uppermost right now on their agenda.

I lost the right to raise my JW kid........

actually he is hardly a kid anymore.....and is in bethel dammit!..........but why is it that when i was a good jw account servant i could guide, influence, direct him... totally... in all religious matters......which of course is why he believes what he believes and is at bethel (damm i was good huh!

) but now that i am faded and a vocal apostate (not dfd but called apostate behind my back) i am supposed to shut up and not share any of my new found real truths with him?.

my ex-wife hardass jw just gave me grief for this, my hardass current jw wife just gave me grief for this, my elder/dad gave me grief for this....and even my bethel son gave me grief for this....ya know i think jesus said you should not put your bright light under a basket!....but they all tell me to.

I care oompa. I don't profess to know how you feel , but I care about it.

I was lucky my son hated the witnesses he was so young and he would say how hypocritical they were and he hated the way my parents treated me. He is a smart kid. And although he attended alot of meetings and all the summer assemblies he could see the lies. He never paid attention at the assemblies he use to bugger off to talk to his buddies who also never paid attention and then my sister or her stupid husband would see them all talking in a group and then they would come and tell me and the next thing I would have to do is like pretend to care and get up and find him and t ell him your aunt and uncle have seen you guys out here so come and sit down or what ever. They choose whatever. My son would sneak off to a bar and then show up at his seat for the last hour of the program and he would have to pass my mom and sister and everyone could smell beer on him and then I get in hell for it. Man it use to peeve me off, Why couldn't they mind their own business.

maybe someday your son will sit down with you and you can explain to him why you don't believe the WTS ' organization anymore. I mean wouldn't he aleast as your son give you that ?

yes it was choke full of witnesses even the brother giving the public talk on sunday, so for a ma 15+ rating with lots of violent killings why were they there?

and sooooo friendly to us with the "love bombing" ......my wife sort of falls for it but i just want to chew my own foot off and run......i was the 007 legendary "love bomber" no one escaped my puppy dog eyes!

There have been many a movie the Watchtower spoke out against, for instance in the seventies, it was Grease, Saturday Night Fever, Dirty Dancing. They also have mentioned Smurfs, Ghostbusters, Video Games,, Nintendo game boys. So they have their lists.

Id say a big percentage of witnesses including elders don't care what the wts says if they want to watch it they will. If they don't go to the movies they get it on DVDs and watch them in the privacy of their homes.

I have seen it with my own two eye. Well four eyes i wear glasses .

I don't think you have to be blonde to have great boobs to look so cool, I have black and gray hair and have fantastic boobs and my husband told me that everyday.

That doens't suprise me Honesty. Randy has so much to offer in the way of information and the WTS can't lay a hand on him.

Don't you just love the Constitution of the USA and the Declaration of Independence? We can use it as much as the WTS does.

Hope Grace your friend gets that info they need. And Grace my sweet so many people know you and your fame is well known so why should it suprise you that you get all kinds of neat things in your email box.?

How Life Can Change

i don't come by here very often any more (trying to wean myself away from this board in anticipation of when we cannot ever post any more.

in the last couple of years, and leaving this mess in jesus' hands, things have not only begun to emerge as "fixable", but have most definetely been fixed at long last.

i was invited to the youngest grandchild's (of this son) sweet 16 birthday party last summer and i teared up when i realized that this was the first birthday party of all three of these grandchildren that i had attended.. we have been invited to thanksgiving dinner ( for the fourth year) with our whole family and that of my dil's family (she is one of seven) and to spend a few days at christmas at another son's home.

Awe shucks Snozzy I am blushingthanks for the compliment.

I am having my first offical meeting on Sunday to get some input for advertisers in the newsletter as it will not only help defray the cost of the printing of the newsletter but will also help the church if I get several advertisers. Some parishes are brings between 3-5 and a half thousand dollars an issue. Most Anglican churches publish every four months as a lot of work goes into the preperation. My bigest difficultly is understanding Microsoft Word I only have a bare knowledge of it so I am going to need assistance with that part so our priest has offered to show me the techniques. I am trying to find a book for dummines on Word from 2000 as that is the version I have. I have been checking in second hand shops. Maybe I might find one soon. I hope.

Did your Parents force you to do School Projects out of the JW magazines

my parents wouldn't let us read anything but the watch tower stuff and if we had to do a report on anything at school it had to be a project out of an awake magazine.

did your parents do this to you too?

I remember my first oral compostion, it came from a WT I think in 1965 the subject was Is There Life in Outer Space,

So of course momzy and popzy see this article and suggest strenuously that I do an oral presentation on this subject. Momzy says yes you can turn it into a good witness to your teacher and class mates. Wow mom just what I needed.

So me as obedient as I was prepare this five minute speech. Of course it is all about the angels, God and Jesus Christ and evil angels that were hurled down from heaven. I mean do you think any other grade six student gives a rats ass about all of this. Apparently neither did my teacher, he gave me an F

However when it came around to doing my second speech I choose the topic from the Awake mag. It was about the Sign Language, Not only did I get an great big A I also got to present it to several other classes in the school and that was cool that one. But I practised that speech long and hard and taught myself the sign language.which went over very well.

My fellow students didn' t like me from then on. I was also chosen to do the presentation in the school auditorium in front of all the students.

Oh well. Being a witness had a lot of down sides to it, who am I kidding it had major downsides to it.

Being a student and different was really a hard thing to do. I use to get beaten up all the time after school and even had my coat set on fire with a ciggarette and had been beaten up punched in the face and spat upon in the face with phelgm.

Fun eh?
