Why do people lie.
by ball. ini am witnessing several friends break up at the moment and one of my best mate's wife has constantly denied being in an afair despite be-friending a 21 year old guy who saw more of her than he did, and numerous suspicious txt messages and so on and so on.
anyway, to cut a long story short, he moved in here with me and has just spent three weeks going insane, un-able to sleep, brain over-active, and if he wasn't such a sane chap, almost going paranoid.. well, some of you know i'm a bit of a geek, so we wired up his home pcs web cam and ran a citrix session with remote control and a web cam recorder with ftp to download the files, and i waited tonight while he watched the result.

You really dislike this guy, I think your stock in Mattel will do nothing to help you.
And if this guy is a nerd with useless information, what can he do with it?
Just remember in the new system we will have billions of years to remember everything too. But at this moment I have more fun killing billions of brain cells, cuz I don't want to remember the past, and useless info.

Photos of Stunning Peacock which has been driving me up the wall for days!!
by Celtic inthis ruddy bird has been driving me up the wall for ruddy days with it's ruddy call, at first i thought it liked me, thought it might want to mate with me or something.
every time i got close to it, it would put out it's feathers in this enormous and beautiful display.
today however, would the ruddy bird do it for me, ruddy thing is as cantankerous as valis.

Peacocks are beautiful creatures. God made the males the most colorful and majestic. They strut around, because they are male, and their mating call sounds like.....A big fat crying infant!
I had a run in with a peacock when I was 12, a girlfriend of mine had two of them, her dad took them to the grand opening of their mini mart they were opening. I thought the peacocks remembered me, so I stooped down and called to the, a little girl about two came out of the store, saw the huge bird walking towards me and threw her popsicle at the male in terror.
Well that peacock ripped the crap out of me. Do you know they have "talon" like things on their wings, they are worse that fighting cocks. I was one messy bloody tore up 12 year old. I still have the scars in my scalp and two long ones on my legs. I rode home on my bike blinded by blood. My friends dad saw what happened and called my parents, saying he was so sorry, it was a horrible sight to behold, and he would pay for the doctors visit to have me stiched up.
My parents declined, they didn't believe in doctors, and my scars would be erased soon...LOL. But they did offer him a home bible study because he was the caring type that God would approve of. He declined, but I was told if I wanted to stay his daughters friend, I would have to start a study with her. She did, she lasted a year. She was a good friend, or maybe it was just the guilt of the scabs and later the scars her evil peacock did to me. And that I kept reminding her of... he he
Thanks Celtic, that was a great journey into my childhood I hadn't remembered in a while.
Have any more stories to share, maybe about crows or something???...

Rage, the WTS and JWD - a year's journey
by talesin init was a year ago this past week that i joined jwd.
being here has helped me with one issue in particular.
i would like exchange feelings/experiences with you about this, as i feel that it could be key for many of us.. i left the jws in 1977, was df in 1979. since then, and up until joining jwd, i had no knowledge of the machinations of the society.. some of the things i learned about here are, the flip flop on organ transplants, the un scandal and the 'two witness' rule being applied to paedophiles.

Talesin, Great post and good read.
I thought I was over sooo much of this, but I ran into a very good friend of mine today. An elders wife who her and her husband were the only ones who stood by me through thick and thin. She hugged me in a very busy store, I haven't talked to her in over a year, I had a panic attack. I started shaking and I couldn't stop. She asked why are you shaking? I told her new medication I was on. I gave her my new address, something I vowed I would never give out to another living soul unless I trusted them.
I have so much rage in me, from what I have been through with the witnesses, I couldn't tell her that though. The only questions she asks are, You making it to the meetings?
I can't believe I am still so affected by the witnesses.
I just realized I have a way to go.
You hang in there tail, you are doing great.
