Was the GB scared by pew research on religion? (statistics)
by JonathanH inlooking at pew research data on jws (link below if you want to check it out, it's interesting to compare stats.
), you have to wonder if the gb has seen them and what they think about them.
it would seem to me examining the statistics that there are far more witnesses on the inside that don't really believe it is the "truth" than many on the inside would assume.

Why evolution will win (and is winning already)
by JonathanH inhttp://youtu.be/l-ilmyc5xdq.
that video gets to the heart of the reason (can't remember how to embed, so if somebody else wants to, then great, more people will watch it.).
the reason evolution has a hard time getting traction in some countries is strictly a religious one.

So what is the conservative talking point on shooting down the jobs bill?
by JonathanH inhttp://www.cnn.com/2012/07/19/politics/senate-bring-jobs-home-bill-blocked/index.html?hpt=hp_c1.
so the bill proposed that we give tax breaks to corporations that keep or create jobs in the us instead of shipping them overseas, and removing certain tax deductions for companies shipping jobs over seas.
seems very pro american, common sense, obvious.

Can you prove God isn't evil? The omnimalevolent god hypthothesis.
by JonathanH in(1) there exists an omnipotent, omniscient and maximally good god.
but the behaviour of such puppet beings lacks the dimension of moral responsibility that makes our actions genuinely virtuous.
but these evils are more than outweighed by the important such as possibility of genuinely virtuous action.

This is religious experience. This is the supernatural caught on video.
by JonathanH inone of the most oft uttered phrases from people who have experienced demons, angels, jesus, ufos, bigfoot, ect is that we weren't there.
they know what they saw, they know what they experienced, and if we had been there we would understand.
as time has gone by our ability to "be there", to see what others have seen has grown exponentially.

A holistic approach to human civilization, opposed to the blame game. It's not conservatives or liberals.
by JonathanH inreading political threads on this site (and really any site for that matter) is incredibly frustrating.
namely because they all boil down to the same argument.
who is it that is fucking society over?

Getting back little pieces of your life that they took from you.
by JonathanH ini sometimes feel like i lost so much because the first two plus decades of my life were spent in that stupid cult.
but occasionally i find a little piece of something they took from me, and i get to keep it so it's like they never took it from me at all.. tonight i got out of class (i'm in college working towards a b.s.
in engineering and/or mathematics), and it was a chilly autumn night so i decided to go to a little coffee dive downtown i hadn't been to since i went out in service and would go there for coffee breaks.

I also has a dog that could be described as "poorly" right now.
by JonathanH ini was just reading sprout's topic on their poorly dog, and this comes at a time my dog seems to be having problems as well.
i have a french bulldog that's about five or six years old, and just yesterday he started acting strange.
he was trembling and shaking really bad, and i was worried at first.
