One of the most oft uttered phrases from people who have experienced demons, angels, Jesus, UFOs, Bigfoot, ect is that we weren't there. They know what they saw, they know what they experienced, and if we had been there we would understand. As time has gone by our ability to "be there", to see what others have seen has grown exponentially. Audio recording used to be novel and also cumbersome, video recording used to be expensive, camera's were something you brought with you on vacation. But in the past decade camera's and recording devices have been embedded in everything. You can't buy a cell phone now that doesn't have a camera and videorecorder on it. You would think the numbers of pictures of UFOs or videos of supernatural occurances would've grown exponentially, there would be thousands upon thousands of them and we'd all see now that yes there are all these invisible mysterious forces at work in the world, and there are mysterious objects and creatures. But no. This is what we have.

This is the supernatural caught on video. Amazingly all of the "miracles" such as smoke rising out of the floor, or the dead being raised don't happen on camera and are only related by people who "were there". The rest is just kind of sad to watch. It's nothing but human psychology at work. And the aliens is a combination of bad special effects and trying really hard to see something that isn't really there.

Now I once before had somebody in this discussion say that it's like catching a plane crash on tape. Plane crashes don't happen very often, and they are panic situations, and they happen quickly. It's hard to get something like that recorded. Except that a quick youtube search brings up alot of detailed videos of plane crashes. Nobody would watch those videos and think "was that really a plane crash? it was kind of fuzzy, it may have just been done in a cheap video editor..."

Amazingly, with so much of the world under constant recordable survellience all we ever see is people acting wierd and then saying that wild things happened. All of the physically supernatural occurances still for some reason only occur when nothing is recording them. Apparently the holy ghost, and the demons, and the aliens, and the wierd monsters will only give second hand evidence of their existence but are all so completely savvy that they never give any kind of solid evidence that they are here even with such a significant portion of civilization being constantly monitored, and with so many people actively able to record their experiences with increasingly high tech and easy to use devices.

This should tell us something about the reality of the situation.

This actually has led me to a new method of getting rid of demons. If you're house is being haunted, don't start burning books or looking for demonic items, or changing your religion. Just grab a videocamera. Nothing makes a demon disappear faster than having a videocamera handy. Forget crosses, holy water and bibles, demons hate hate hate videocameras.
