this got me to thinking.... now that most of us have left the wts, i notice some have taken other belief systems.
some have come to a peace with their own ideas.. my question is are you involved with another religion?
has it brought you more peace or happiness?
What spirituality I had has been blasted away. I'll never attend a meeting for the rest of my life. After trying to force beliefs down other peoples throats for too many years, I'll keep my thoughts on religion to myself.

i know how very hard it is for us to leave a friend.. or let go of a loved one through death.
many here have been raised in the truff..... while others have only been either associated or were in a breif time.... so i have a question.. .
how long were you out before you were able to make a "worldly" friend??.
I came into the borg late in life. But a difficult thing to do for me was to leave my worldly friends behind. I mostly shut them out of my life. After all, why hang on to worldly things. The amazing thing is, when I got out of the borg all of them couldn't wait to be my friend again. Not one turned their back on me.
Guess now many witnesses stay in touch, even though I'm only inactive???

I'm not so sure it's fair to pick on the Williams sisters. After all it isn't conclusive that they are baptized witnesses themselves. I understood that it was their Grandmother that's the witness and perhaps the mom. Venus did thank "her" God Jehovah after a match once, but any kid raised around a zealous witness might do that.
I've seen Dad smoking a cigarette during a match and the girls have waved a flag on more than on occasion. So, my guess is they are not witnesses.
They seem to be very upbeat and always give a smile for the camera. I wouldn't dog them too hard. And Serena is done at the Australian Open already.

she said that it is about six pages long and not a form letter but a personal correspondance regarding the issues and concerns she had written him about.

i entertain the hope that not only will i live long enough to see this happen, i will transfer myself (the complete essence of what is me) into a body of my own choosing and become immortal if i so choose.
