  Yes, it was. I was merely expressing what I would hope to see. Government back in box, states have the soverenty to leave without economic or military action.

  The country is divided because the government is too large. The stakes are high. You win an election and suddenly large portions of the population freak out - maybe rightly so! - because people they don’t like have power to unduly influence their life.

  That is why, regardless of who wins the Presidency, Congress, or who get appointed to the Supreme Court, I want a convention of the states. There is a provision in the Constitution for it, and it would put the government back in its tiny little box.

  I would be perfectly happy with dissenting states leaving the union if they so choose. I would also want **no economic retaliation** for doing so.

  i'm being serious, i would like to hear from folks here that support him describe to me how that news conference was absolute brilliance, he answered all the questions, he knows what he is talking about.

  just want to compare note with those who aren't his supporters (and have common sense) as you know this forum is here to hear both sides, so, have at it .

  it's that time of year again when i can get back on the fields with the metal detector looking for ancient stuff.

  the first field to be harvested was full of peas - ideal as it leaves no stubble and it's a two minute walk from my house.

  it has given up two coins in two visits this week.. the first one is a cut-half silver penny from the reign of henry ii.

  ok so this is a topic i've pondered and go back and forth on.. i can easily see a point where lawsuits cause massive deficits in the organization.

  honestly i feel like we are seeing the tip of the iceberg in regards to lawsuits on child abuse.

  to me it looks like the property sell offs are to be able to get ready for this.

  i find this alarming because jones was very outspoken and had great guests on discussing topics most other media outlets wouldn't go near.. the fact that many have restricted him access to their medium what does this say on our freedoms of speech?.

  There will be gradual shrinkage over time. I don’t think this is unreasonable to assume, given the older generations (or single overlapping one - whatever) are getting older and passing away, and the new generations (or the same overlapping one, just the latter most part - whatever) is dealing with a flood of information detailing the WT inconsistencies, errors, lies, and cultish behavior.

  But there won’t be a collapse.

  Unless there is a zombie apocalypse ... that would do it.
